HEY...Less than 1 star BTW,,,,,

HEY...Less than 1 star BTW,,,,,, So I went thru a lengthy conversation with Representative April, and finally received a quote, although it went to the wrong email address,, I specifically requested it be sent to another email for printing purposes !
So I had to call them back getting a confirmation of the email address and it was in fact sent to the wrong Email (On Accident) Hummmmm... So The quote was 3 pages long and didnt include fine print, which I believe is paramount, given todays Corp. Side Hustle you get at every turn, I found that after specifically NOT wanting Personal Prop. coverage because (It is a rental) I was given a quote including 100K Personal property coverage anyway ! Hummm "Again"
But my biggest concern is over having chosen 40K for Temporary living expenses,,,,, ONLY to find out APRIL FAILED to mention that only 75% of the 40K would be provided upon a flood claim..... Why would she fail /intentionally leave out this SMALL bit of information? Run... Don't walk... First impressions are lasting ones.......

Joost Elling was fabulous today

Joost Elling was fabulous today! He replied to my voicemail and began the process of getting a preliminary flood insurance quote immediately. We then talked via phone several times to get clarity on our property and to get a revised quote, and then finally to process the policy. Joost was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, cheerful, and patient with my questions. Joost is a very positive asset to your company.

I was shocked to see an email stating…

I was shocked to see an email stating that over 1400.00 would be deducted from one of my bank accounts for a policy that does not renew until May 25th. There is no reason for a company to take such payments a month prior. Secondly I review options yearly for the best price because that is just another job consumers now have to do yearly. Luca responded immediately to my request. That is great customer service.

Connor Gleason is Awesome

Connor Gleason is Awesome! I emailed Neptune to issue a policy under special circumstances. I was concerned it would be a day or two before I would hear back, since that is the general response time for most of our other carriers...but no. I received a reply email within 15 minutes from Connor, advising me that the policy had been issued. Color me impressed!

Straight forward

They charged me for a cancelled policy…

They charged me for a cancelled policy and claim that since they us 3rd party billing they can not return the funds. Someone has over $600 in a policy premium for a policy that is cancelled and Neptune is refusing to assist getting my money back that should not have even charged in the first place. This happened over a month ago and I am still trying to get is resolved. Will never use again.

This company is using other insurance companies to require their insurance and if you don't get the insurance they will still charge you. Very unethical!
