This is to avoid both payments being void (for example, for any potential disputes that may be initiated), which could result in your policy being canceled for nonpayment. Rest assured that your refund was being processed at that time, but took longer than expected due to the dispute filed with American Express. Our customer success team can handle all questions, including accounting and payment-related inquiries.
