***AVOID**swindled my company out of £4,000

Swindled my company out of £4,000. There is even a forum now which is growing by day of companies trying to get tens of thousands back. Its been recently proven they are just kids THAT ARE STILL IN SCHOOL ripping people off. Their own website is something a 3yr old would design.
Today I gave the full address. Just from the people we know so far its £157,000 that have swindled out of companies. There office doesn't exist...its a mail address.

The brand identity they created for us

The brand identity they created for us completely missed the mark. It didn't resonate with our target audience, and we ended up having to redo it with another agency. Waste of time and money.

We entrusted them with redesigning our website, but the result was underwhelming. It took forever to complete, and the site still has bugs. Not worth the money, and we regret working with them

**AVOID**

**AVOID**
I used Nerds to create my website which although was slow to create I was happy with when it was finished. This was until I was contacted recently by a company representing Reuters regarding the fact that one of their pictures was on our website without their permission and they were demanding money for the use of it. I though this could just be a scam to start with but have looked into the organisation that has been in touch and it is legitimate. Nerds have not replied to any of my messages or returned my calls but have logged in and changed all pictures on our website, which means I know that I know they have received my messages and also leads me to believe that they did not have permission to use any of the pictures in the first place.
Any web design and social media content companies I have ever been in contact with, have always used licensed stock photos for all content and this what I was led to believe they were doing. I have stock photo accounts myself so could have supplied pictures if they had asked, but I now have a bill of £680 for use of this photo that I am going to spend time taking legal action to get the money from Nerds if they do not respond to my messages.
I have already sought legal advice and have a route to go down, but hopefully they will do the right thing and be in touch before it get's that far so that they don't also incur all the legal bills involved on top of the money being claimed from Reuters. That will end up extremely costly.
