When a new Nerf Dog ball lost its squeaker before even the label had been removed, I expected a trip back to the pet shop.
Instead, I contacted Nerf, who promptly replaced the toy, despite me being in the UK and their contact centre in the USA.
Best of all, we received an upgrade - and it's now our dogs' absolute favourite squeaky toy. Our nine rescue dogs (spaniels, collies and retrievers) are happy again.
This review is for one item in particular and does not reflect my satisfaction with other products I’ve used. We have a “chewing” dog and we needed something heavy dusty. We bought the nerf dog bone that advertises that the fabric was tear proof but our dog chewed through it in 2 minutes of giving it to her. I was super disappointed and back on the hunt for some better options.

My children have just got into Nerf, anything that gets them off tech is a win. Some guns jam or don't operate well (flip 16, I'm looking at you!) Bullets wear out quite fast for price they cost also but over all I'm really happy.
