Unjustified Charge & No Refund After 2 Months

I rented a car from this company in Dubai and had a really disappointing experience. After returning the vehicle, they claimed I damaged the wheel and deducted 1,000 AED from my deposit without providing any proof, photos, or prior discussion. I didn’t agree with the charge but felt like there was no point fighting it at the time.

Now, it’s been over two months and I still haven’t received the remaining refund of my deposit. I’ve followed up multiple times but keep getting ignored or given vague updates. The lack of transparency and customer service is honestly unacceptable.

If you value your time and money, I’d recommend renting elsewhere. This company seems to delay refunds intentionally and doesn’t take accountability.
