I also am using the gummies ezcellent product that's given me relief after Nerve damage all over including Fibromyalgia pain Restless Leg Syndrome it's a product of efficacy without swallowing a pill goes thru skin not organs. My hands are loving Pure Relief! I'm having fewer cramps and more ease with gripping and turning lids. It takes so little cream that I had to cancel my next months order. It took just a simple email to work out getting the next order delayed. Fast, efficient customer service on top of a great product! Very happy with this purchase!

customer service is truly lacking. Waited over 10 days for delivery which never came. free shipping in 2-3 days ONLY works when that is true. product might be good but unless I receive my order never know

Nervalley send renewal without my authorization. When they want me to confirm order, I disputed the order right away but the order was still sending out 5 days after I disputed. I requested a refund but only a partial refund was issued. They want me to return product for full refund but the product is on its way forever. I have not received the order since they charged my credit card on August 1. According to tacking the shipment is still in process till today (August 14). DO NOT buy anything from them!!

There was a problem with my order I contacted customer service by email and I received a prompt response the issue was corrected and did not have to email this company anymore about this problem which is nice I will probably continue to order products from this company the order was Nervally Magnesium Cream not sure what day I emailed the company but it was in 7/26

Why are there so many reviews of people who have not used the product instead you post reviews of people who are waiting on product to arrive or people who have shipping issues and not if the product actually works except for three reviews that have actual cases of success

Did not sign up for auto ship. When my cc Company notified me of a suspicious charge that they had declined, I agreed. There is NO customer service number at NERVALLEY. Do not recommend doing business with a company that sill not talk to me.

My on line ordering was acting up a little so I was not sure what went through but all in all it was OK! I HOPE the order helps .

Complete information. I'm trying this product to control the inflammation in my legs. Now if it works I will not only order more but I will highly recommend it to all of my friends as well. I am so looking forward to using this product.

This company has a top notch customer service dept. There was an issue with my initial order that was completely resolved and was way more than I ever expected. I've been using the cream for about 10 days and find it very helpful. I plan on ordering in the future.

Just got my first jar so can not rate yet.

I'm hoping it will help me.so I can walk. And stand more then30 seconds it makes my legs real week and I fall. I have already broke a femur bone and both of my ankles
