Prompt Service to a Request
I had an overabundance of Nerve Renew on hand from a previous purchase. The subscription was only adding to my excess stock so I asked them to suspend my subscription for a few months. They replied surprisingly fast and suspended further shipments for a while.

I've used your nerve renew for 2 years
I've used your nerve renew for 2 years. I have no idea if it works...I only know that I haven't gotten worse. I am afraid to stop taking NR. I almost always buy 1/2 year supply, actually got 9 months with a "special deal". This nine months meant I didn't need to re-supply for a long time. As a result, I apparently dropped off your contact list...good.
Years ago things were easy going. Then you apparently hired a "constant contact" type company, and added pizzazz to your pricing etc. It was a trick to get the best price and complicates the process, trying to be assured I get the best price....and I really didn't enjoy the new "game". Spin the wheel...oh, that discount doesn't apply...try shopping from your phone with this discount...still doesn't apply, but wait, if you do this, it works... So, no, I don't recommend your product to anyone else.
I will keep buying it, and I've decided that I must stick with you, and order direct. I have tried (once each) Amazon, Walmart and Ebay and each time the product appeared to be a knock-off, with those sellers not selling your "real" product (bottle shape was a smaller size, or the capsule color was different) . I will keep buying from you until it just gets too expensive. I don't need the spam or games, just return my loyalty with the lowest available price, when I do return.
