I don't even want to give 1 star. They are bloody frauds. Ordered beds on 21st June paid £580 and £135 for delivery, kept delayed and at the end they said in October we will refund , till today 15th December , didn't get any refund. They are fraud. Beware before buying. They give good price to attract customers but don't send item nor refund. From June till December, they have my money. Cheater and fraud

We ordered a couple of wardrobes. Target arrival date came and went. Wrote to ask when they may be delivered and I got an email saying my order status was refunded. But weeks later I haven't had my refund and they do not respond to emails. Currently £344 out of pocket. No phone number to call. really poor if things don't go to plan.
Item purchased (10/9/23) has not arrived after three weeks. No reply to at least four emails enquiring about delivery. This company has no phone number I can find through ANY source. This company has a Facebook page with no updates for several years. This transaction will be investigated for fraud by my bank and a full refund requested. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Failed to deliver my goods. 10 days past the delivery window. Emailed customer service about 6 times no reply (no phone number available). Finally, left a comment via social media to finally get a reply; I was told my messages weren’t getting through on email because of an issue their side. They then confirmed my order hadn’t even been processed because of an issue with Klarna but they failed to advise me of this or do anything about it. I told them to cancel the order and they they didn't cancel the order in full on Klarna. Being asked for my bank account details do they could send me to money to pay the balance (?) - I’m not sharing my bank details with such a shoddy company. Finally they pulled their finger out and cleared the balance. Would never recommend. Awful from start to finish. Wouldn’t surprise me if the reviews I since found online that they are not a legitimate company are true. Multiple people complaining of the same issues and no communication when orders are not fulfilled.
Purchased a sofa a week ago and can't complain about the service at all, delivery guys were great and put it in my living room for me, they even took the old one away.
Got quoted 3 weeks for delivery but came in just under a week and the quality is so good for the price, really happy.
My item was delivered within the time stipulated in the message. Very friendly guys. I have not yet assembled it.
I ordered a bookcase from their website and paid extra for the express delivery. Other than an order confirmation, I received no tracking information for my item. The express delivery date came and went, still without any updates from Nest and Bloom. My first email to their customer service team didn't get a response. Finally, after managing to make contact a week after placing my order I was given half-cooked answers as to why my item was late and am yet to receive any concrete proof that my item has been dispatched. Would warn anyone from using this company, my experience has been terrible - 0/10.
Update: My emails are now bouncing back from the customer service email address. I haven't received the item I ordered and they stopped replying to my emails when I asked for a refun. This company is a scam - do not use them.

Can’t fault them. Got one of the storage beds, looks exactly as described and arrived on the specified date. Will probably get one of the child’s beds for my youngest soon
