We had a fantastic experience with Nest from start to finish and couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Dave was brilliant, coming out to visit us at home and offering really helpful, informative advice to make sure we got exactly what we wanted while keeping within our budget. He was always on hand throughout the whole process to answer any questions and made everything feel so easy and straightforward.

The process was quick and smooth, and the installation team were absolutely brilliant too. We are so happy with our new outdoor office and have already had lots of lovely compliments on it!

From start to finish, the whole experience with Nest Home Additions has been amazing. A huge thank you especially to Tom, our salesperson, who came out and walked us through the initial design. He was so understanding, really listened to everything we wanted, and never once pushed products on us. He helped us make smart decisions — like lighting and wall space — and was completely honest about what we actually needed.

I originally wanted a skylight and windows on both sides, but Tom explained their buildings let in plenty of natural light. He was absolutely right! The large French doors flood the room with light and make it feel so spacious — we really didn't need those extras at all. He also told us the SIPs panel walls keep the temperature consistent all year round, so we wouldn't need expensive heating. So far, he's been spot on — never too hot, never too cold, just perfect.

We paid just under £21,500 for our 4.5m x 2.5m garden room, and it was worth every penny. For that we got thick insulated walls and roof, huge French doors, a side window, full electrics and heating, plastered and skimmed walls, ceiling spotlights, plus sockets and switches. The exterior is sand white with grey door frames, and white frames inside — it looks beautiful. We even got a fantastic grey floor and skirting completely free, which finished it off perfectly!

Payment was stress-free too — only a 10% deposit to secure our date, and they never chased us for money throughout the process. Tom was endlessly patient with all our questions, and reassured me brilliantly when I felt anxious about the installation. The installers were brilliant — always on time, professional, and did an impeccable job. The site manager was also wonderful and so helpful with my constant questions. We even got progress videos showing our room being built and loaded onto the van — such a lovely touch!

I honestly can't recommend this company enough. Tom never ignored a single question, always gave honest answers, and kept every promise. I 100% trust this team. I absolutely love our new space — it's gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much to Tom and the whole team! ❤️

Extra thankyou to Sian And Sienna who helped me fix the little bits to make it look even more amazing. Sian phoned me today to make sure the lightbulbs were with me. Even after the build is done they still make sure everything is ok 👌🏼

From the very beginning, the whole process was so easy and straightforward. Meeting Dave for the quote and everything from ordering through to receiving the live video updates was really informative and made the whole process completely stress-free.

Stu and Matt were both hardworking, reliable and very professional throughout. They took real pride in their work, paid great attention to detail and left everything looking fantastic. They’re really nice guys who clearly know what they’re doing.

Myself and my partner had considered outer home improvements throughout covid, due to the price point at that time we struggled to justify the benefit over what looking back now was clearly a necessity in our lives, weather that be from working or socialising.

I was shocked to find the price hadn’t changed much, until I’d stumbled across Nest.
Throughout the experience I’d have to say the personal touch really was ultimately the deciding factor, an understanding of us and not just a job, our rear garden was not particularly best suited for an addition, but I was assured it wasent only possible - it’ll be what we wanted, and it was.

The ease of booking, understanding what really mattered to us and the price point - having a family of 5, everything really went well.

The installation was also seamless, no interruption with a huge focus on the smaller detail - great for me.
It all now makes our house our home.

Nest really are one of those companies that actually want to know what I wanted.

Living in the heart of Scotland my options were limited when searching for an all year round garden room. With very few local companies I spoke to a couple of whole of the UK companies. This included Nesthomeadditions who I eventually went with.

Overall the whole journey was excellent from the initial home visit from Tom though the the guys and girls in the office and finally the installers who treated my property with so much respect. I now have an a really high quality garden room that is so well made it's better than I expected. The insulation must be so good because it's been so nice inside in the recent cold spell.

The whole family love our snug family room with games and sofas.

The sales Manager who visited the house initiated the work for a 8ftX10ft Garden House way back on Sunday 26th April 2026 and for which a deposit of £1500/- were made on the day.
A further £12,671.79 has been transferred on Wednesday, 22 July 2026, to Nest Home Additions account. The work on our Garden House actually started on Tuesday 28th July. After starting, the man for fixing deckings (stairs) did not come since Saturday 1st August. So decking, electrical works ie fitting lights, heater etc. remains to be done til today the 15th of September 2026. This long delay in supplying materials, the confusion in supplying the electrical connections to the garden house should have been envisaged at the planning meeting by the sales manager when costing, pricing and the required time frame etc. were discussed and agreed.

A very high quality garden room, assembled by contractors who cared about their work. I’m pretty sure the building will outlast me.

We are absolutely delighted with our new garden room from Nest Home Additions. The finished result is even better than we imagined and we couldn’t be happier with it.

The quality of the build is fantastic — everything has been finished to a really high standard and the room feels incredibly solid and well made. You can really see the care and attention that has gone into the finished product.

It has completely transformed our garden and given us a beautiful extra space that we know we’re going to get so much use from as a family.

We are so pleased with how it has turned out and absolutely love our new garden room.

We have had a dream for years of having a garden room, as we wanted a garden bar an area to watch tv and relax and an area where we could have a small gym and we didn’t think it was possible!
We visited a number of suppliers and we were convinced really, however Nest allowed us to visit the factory where they actually build them and meet the amazing friendly team!
That convinced us this was the best place to order. They really listed to what we were hoping to achieve from our garden room, and helped us visualise our dream. The experience and background the team have is exceptional and the passion for getting it just right for you as a customer was amazing!
Tom came out to measure and what a superstar he was, put me at ease and shared in my vision of what could be and he explained and showed me other amazing models he had created.
Sienna in the office and the ladies in accounts all had the same passion care and made it feel like a special purchase rather than just a transaction!
We were kept informed all the way through the process and to receive a video of our actual building being created in the factory was so exciting! No other organisation offered this service!
Sean was incredible and you can tell his passion for getting in right for the customer flows throughout his whole team!
Fitting was amazing, it all arrives ready to be put together in different segments as most of the building happens in the factory and then they construct it on site like a jigsaw puzzle, which was amazing as it meant less days on site and the speed of progress was exceptional, not loads of builders on site for ever!
Our garden building is now up and looks absolutely amazing and even better than we could have imagined! we are completing the interior and we have space for a bar, relaxing area for the tv and an area for a small gym, which is everything we wished for. All fitters were also amazing and worked really well together.
Thankfully Sean and Tom advised of door sizing and structure to give us the most benefit for the space we wanted to create. We cannot believe how absolutely amazing it is and cannot wait to get full use out of it very soon.
Thank you to everyone at Nest our whole family is over the moon as we each got what we wanted and we will get full use out of this area all year round.

I had my Garden Room installed earlier this year and wanted to wait before commenting. .

Overall it was a stress free wonderful experience. Tom visited my home and just listened to me before talking more about my needs, from there I was given a great price and placed my order communication was good from head office and my room was installed a few weeks later It is so well insulated, the room was cooler than my house during the summer and is warm on cold days.

Excellent experience, right from the first interaction with Tom to how the entire thing was delivered on time, clear communication and also at a very competitive price. Highly recommend

I started my journey initially wanting a conservatory or orangery. After extortionate quotes I felt deflated. I then went onto exploring garden rooms.

I received 6 quotes from different companies with varied specifications, this in itself opened my eyes to how complicated these builds could be along with the price variations.

Tom arrived and what a lovely experience it was. Despite me asking numerous questions and changing appointment times Tom accommodated these challenges. 🤣

Tom was also prepared to visit me 105 miles away from where I wanted my garden room installation.

I was honest and told Tom I had initially decided on a different spec from another company, but upon recieving a very dissappointing price increase of 6k from them I decided to go with Nest Home Additions.

And I'm so glad I did.......

Absolutely over the moon with every aspect of my experience with Nest, from Tom who was patient, not pushy, gave a price and stuck to it with no hidden costs, to Sienna-Mae who kept me informed every step of the way, the installation team who arrived on the agreed date and time, and the behind the scenes production team who's attention to detail was impecable.

My new amazing gym was completed last week.

It looks exactly as I expected it to look. When Tom showed me the sample and showed me some photos of the oak looking no maintenance cladding I made my choice quickly.

Nest Home Additions did everything inside the room including rubber gym flooring and left me with with a beautiful garden room.

I just love how it looks and how friendly the guys and girls at Nest have been. From Tom's visit to a completed room. The installation guys worked so hard to complete the room quickly, they were really lovely and considerate of my garden which is my pride and joy.
