If I could score minus I would, I placed an order on groopie for a deal pillow in February and after numerous messages through groopie I still haven’t received these pillows and have had to purchase others. I would not recommend this company, taking payment and not sending goods.
Scammers avoid at all costs
I purchased this is April 2022, it worked very well till October 2022, when it would not par with the internet. I rang your helpline on 2 occasions and neither of your representatives were able to get it working. One rang me back an left a message suggesting it was faulty and I should check the interne connection, this was done and no problem was found. But I never heard from you again. Despite having reset the nest thermostat so many times it is still following the old winter pattern. I come in front work and find it is on 22 degrees. Supposed to save me money and it is costing me money. Worse thing I did.
They were excellent! Friendly, on time, efficient, clean and straight to the point. I will definitely use them again :)
