Useless. Destroyed my motherboard and no help

They consider themselves to be experts in Nest Thermostats. First time they came, they forgot they might need an interface with my Midea AC. Second time, they brought the interface, but could not get the job done. They did destroy the motherboard of my AC which had to be replaced. When I queried them, they told me it should be under warranty of the house, not on them. But after cutting wires and making changes for their installation the warranty was void. No other solution was offered. I would stay away from this company if I were you!
