Netciti is one of the worst internet provider company in Indonesia. Their business practice is by making undisclosed deals with residential developers to monopolize internet services in the residential areas owned by the developer. Therefore Netciti can charge their services significantly higher than other ISP companies with worse quality, because the residents don't have any other options.
