Terrible experience. I regret ever working with Netclues.

After paying $2,800, the service was far below expectations and nothing close to what was promised. There was constant lack of communication, delays, and zero accountability. It felt disorganized, unprofessional, and poorly managed from start to finish.

I made multiple attempts to resolve the situation, but instead of taking responsibility, I kept getting excuses and no real solutions. At that point, I had no choice but to file a dispute with my bank, which is currently under investigation.

This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I strongly caution anyone thinking about working with them to be extremely careful and do their due diligence.

I will also be sharing my full experience across multiple platforms so others can understand what to expect.

Atlantis Submarines Barbados has been working with Netclues for many years. We have a custom built Reservations system which they continue to upgrade and modernize. Lakul and his team are always quick to respond to any issues or concerns that I have. They keep me informed until any matter is resolved. They are patient and polite on the phone and also called to ensure I was happy and not in need of anything else.
