I like all the various channels but they buffer a lot & some shows are in Spanish and I’m not watching a Spanish show. Example I’ll turn to SyFy and it’s in Spanish not English.

Over the last 6 months their support have not been responsive. Live canadian stations that i watch have freeze frames while audio continues. Also constant buffering.

Rubbish recording tape to disk

I required a video transferred to DVD. Checked the video first to make sure it was OK. What I received back was complete rubbish. Three quarters of the recording, where the lighting looked as though there was a thunder storm and the rest was a blizzard.

Unreliable service and Scammers

Havr been in touch with "Jasmine" Services not working, channels always have errors or Black screen. She keeps telling me to restart which never works. I asked for a refund and she claims she does not know who I am, though we've been conversing about the crappy service for a week now. No service and no help. My advice is to believe the negative reviews and STAY AWAY!

Channels

Some channels have buffering, freezing while watching,I have to switch from the watched channel to another channel then back to previous channel, so you may get to watch or not. I have two Firesticks both 4K and are fairly new. So, that’s why I gave this rating

We keep having issues with Neyflytv…

We keep having issues with the Neyflytv service and the reset feature does not seem to make any difference. Many times we notified them by chat and email but the issues persisted. They also recently refunded one of our subscriptions in error, that resulted in them cancelling one of our subscriptions. The error was made by one of their staff, yet they penalised us for their mistake, that cannot be right.

The service when it works is OK but there are too many recurring problems that they do not seem able to rectify in a timely manner. The 24 hour catchup is a bit limiting especially when it doesn't work. We prefer to use the chat facility as when emailing them they take a lot longer to reply, if they bother to reply at all.

Rubbish

Rubbish, app complicated, not user friendly, customer support unhelpful, wasted 2 hours of my life trying to get it to work and they won't refund £1.99 of a failed trial

A bit meh, I'll stick to torrenting

Clunky website. Bad, slow, customer service. However, there are a lot of channels available. Although for some reason it's severely lacking in Netflix in English. While the shows themselves are in English, you often have to watch with subtitles in Dutch or something. Not really sure it's worth the cost.

Great value

Only had it a few days but so far it's fantastic only thing I find is some movies and series there is a picture audio delay and can't find a setting for it but all in all works great

Would like to be able to setup channels…

Would like to be able to setup channels to be just US channels instead of going through all the different countries channels. And has a bad lag on button response.

Excellent product and 5🌟 customer service. I struggled to follow the VERY SIMPLE process to activate the app. I needn’t have worried and nor should you.
Go on live chat if you have any questions. They are brilliant and anticipate the questions you will ask and have the answers before you have thought of the next one. The picture quality is superb.
