FRAUD - MUST BE BEHIND BARS

I bought domain. They charged me but it never got registered. When I asked refund, they say: "Domain remains pending until hosting active, since the pending period you cannot use, cancel the domain."

Moreover, domain was never pending which remain available for anybody to acquire. Infact the said domain has already been bought by somebody, so their claiming of 'pending domain is a lie'. Such a fraud must be exposed and they must be behind bars for clear violation of Consumer law.

- Since the said domain has already been bought by somebody, their claiming of 'pending domain is a lie'.
- They are NOT providing any receipt for payments.
- Their invoices are fake without any address and contact number.
- The have fake addresses on their website, for Bangalore, West Bengal.

The bank who has offered them payment portal MUST also face legal consequences. (They cannot allow payments with fake addresses)

TOTAL FRAUD - netgetindia.com

TOTAL FRAUD, DON'T BUY
I purchased a domain for 688.82/- rs. without any code from NetGet India.
But after payment, they suddenly said I must also buy 1 year cosmo or galactic hosting.
When I asked for a refund, they refused and said domains are “non-refundable.” using code (I have no used any code at purchase time)
This is completely misleading and feels like a scam tactic to make customers pay extra.
No clear pricing, no transparency, and no refund for services not provided.
PLS. DON'T BUY ANY SERVICE.

PUBLIC FRAUD NOTICE

PUBLIC FRAUD NOTICE: on NET GET INDIA (Owner Shubankar Mondal)
for Allegations of Predatory Domain Squatting and Financial Misappropriation
Principal Party: Shubankar Mondal
Contact Identifier: +91 9087509430
Location of Operations: Kolkata, West Bengal

Fraudulent Modus Operandi
Evidence suggests that this individual operates an illegitimate web-hosting/registration entity designed to systematically defraud clients through the following tactics:

Transactional Non-Compliance: Upon receipt of payment for domain registration services, the operator deliberately withholds domain approval, effectively seizing the client's capital without providing the promised service.

Extortionate Domain Theft: The operator registers the client’s intended brand name under his own personal credentials. Once the client has invested in the brand, he demands "release fees" ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹2,00,000 for a domain that originally cost ₹300.

Bad-Faith Legal Shielding: When confronted with cybercrime complaints, the individual cites deceptive "Terms and Conditions" as a total liability shield to justify the theft of funds and intellectual property.

Consumer Advisory
Exercise Extreme Caution. Engaging with this individual or his affiliated platforms carries a high risk of total financial loss and the permanent hijacking of your digital brand identity. It is highly recommended to use only ICANN-accredited registrars for all domain transactions.

NetGetIndia is a SCAM

A terrible platform to even be an option to purchase any service. Nothing works, they don’t even have a payment gateway and will take your money to a MobiKwik linked Pocket UPI ID and the payment status remains as pending and will continue to remain pending.

If you want to save your money, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

If you believe this review is fake, feel free to purchase a subscription from them to have a great experience.

I recommend you to use wehostyour.site instead for reliable hosting services.

Misleading Pricing and No Refund – Feels Like a Scam

I purchased a domain from NetGet India after seeing their ₹99 domain offer.
But after payment, they suddenly said I must also buy hosting or DNS for ₹699, or else the domain will be cancelled.

When I asked for a refund, they refused and said domains are “non-refundable.”
Now they’re claiming the same domain costs ₹899 and asking me to pay ₹800 more — which was never mentioned before payment.

This is completely misleading and feels like a scam tactic to make customers pay extra after the initial offer.
No clear pricing, no transparency, and no refund for services not provided.

⚠️ Be careful before buying from them.
They advertise cheap offers but trap you with hidden costs later.
