Väldigt missnöjd och rekommenderas…

Väldigt missnöjd och rekommenderas inte. Otroligt tidskrävande - inte användarvänligt. Många buggar.

Tekniska uppdateringar - ingen info, upptäcker felen själv och lägger massa tid på det.

Rapportverktyg - mycket oflexibelt. Minsta ändring så måste du göra om det för varje specifik rapport (inga globala inställningar). Klurig filtrering och kan inte samla olika filtrering i samma rapport = du sitter med måååånga olika rapporter.

Undermålig textanalys - kan inte lita på kategoriseringar som den gör - dvs fast med att läsa hela kommentarer. De kommer inte heller uppdatera detta textanalysverktyg, utan hänvisar till deras nyköpta Lumoa textanalys som startar på en kostnad om ca 130tkr per år (dvs enbart textanalys).

Det enda som är bra är supporten (när man ringer) och design (dvs enkät och rapporter).
