“Pair” of Fire Fans are completely different sizes!
I purchased a “pair” of fire fans from NetJuggler. And when they arrived, the two fans were completely different sizes! I reached out to NetJuggler and sent them photos of the different sized fans next to a tape measure. They got back to me and told me that the fans being different sizes is a part of their “uniqueness” because they are hand crafted. And they refused to replace the fans or rectify the situation in any way. Terrible customer service and poor quality fire fans.
