Brad from Netomnia did an excellent job installing my new YouFibre full fibre broadband at my apartment.
He arrived on time, clearly explained what he was going to do, and checked with me about the best place to run the fibre and position the equipment so it would be both tidy and practical.
Throughout the visit he was polite, friendly, and professional, keeping me informed at each stage of the installation and making sure there was minimal disruption. Once everything was connected, he thoroughly tested the connection, helped set up the router and made sure all my main devices were online before he left.
It was a smooth, hassle‑free experience from start to finish, and Brad is a real solid guy

A lovely guy called Bradley came to my home to carry out the internet installation. He was very friendly, polite, and professional throughout the whole process. Bradley explained everything clearly and made sure the installation was completed properly.
He worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and made sure the connection was working perfectly before leaving. He also took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood how everything works.
Overall, it was a great experience and Bradley did an excellent job with the installation.

I had a gentleman called Bradley come and do an installation for me , he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me, he even explained to my non verbal autistic son how everything works and let him watch. He is a credit to the company and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants installations, he presented himself so well, he kept his work environment spotless and took pride in his work. Netomnia should be proud to have someone like him working for them.

Jak Sword visited our home today to install our new internet connection provided by YouFibre. He was a very nice chap who worked very quickly to get things up and running. He is a very clean worker and ensured that everything was tidy and put back in place. As I was at work, he made sure that all of my partners devices were connected and made sure my partner understood exactly what he had done before he left. He left his card including his mobile number so that I could contact him myself when I got home from work if I had any questions. A great service and a credit to the company!

Youfibre Installation by Netomnia
I switched to YouFibre and installation was completed yesterday by a delightful young Netomnia engineer called Jak Sword (such a cool name!). What a lovely young man and so passionate about his work. He explained everything to me very clearly and answered all my questions. He made sure the wiring was as discreet as possible both inside and outside the house and cleaned up and put furniture back in place when he finished. I can’t think of any similar situation where an engineer handed over a business card and assured me that I could call him if I had any issues - if only more companies operated like this! I did have an issue with my television but when I rang Jak he talked me through what I needed to do and it was instantly resolved.
My broadband is better than it was with my previous provider and is considerably cheaper. This is one very satisfied customer!

All Netomnia Engineers I've ever had at my property on behalf of YouFibre have been fantastic - special thanks to Jak Sword and Dec who visited this morning following some issues with my ONT. Despite van issues, both were incredibly friendly, professional, polite, and went out of their way to ensure everything was working before leaving. Absolute credit to their team, would recommend to anyone.

YouFibre bad start - great finish
My installation of YouFibre didn't start well. The installer assigned didn't explain what he was going to do and didn't listen to what I wanted. He left my property with the internal box just hanging from the wire, no silicon to fill the outside hole and most importantly the connection to the sky puck was rubbish. I Googled YouFibre support and saw lots of reviews about bad installs and terrible support. I phoned YouFibre and at the same time went onto a chat. After about 10 mins I spoke, on the phone, to Jennifer, who assured me she would look into getting everything resolved and would call me back. She did. Another chap Mark also called and said he would send an engineer the next day at 8:30 to fix any issues. Jak Sword phoned me at 8:10 to say he would be at the property at 8:30 and he was. He was polite and friendly, asked me about all the issues, fixed the external hole in the wall, tidied the previous installers work, installed a booster, re-configured the network settings. Job done! I am now a very happy YouFibre customer and had Jak been the initial installer, this review would be 5 stars.
Outstanding
Switched over from BT to YouFibre, went from 150mbs to 1gb with a reduction in cost too. The Netomnia engineers have been outstanding, especially Jak who got was on site 6 hours after calling in a service job.
