I’ve had this before but wind blew it…

I’ve had this before but wind blew it bits last year so I’ve bought 2 more, wanted cream for wedding and rest my gazebo is cream black was better that nothing.Not opened them yet as weather not been fit yet now April 2026 so hopefully soon

It was advertised that the battery…

It was advertised that the battery would be compatible with our hedge pole, when it arrived it was too small. I contacted the company to see why it was advertised as being compatible, they were not helpful I asked if i could return the item they said I could I also asked if they would sent a prepaid return label they refused as the item is not fit for purpose I explained that it wasn't my fault therefore I shouldn't be expected to pay, needless to say I did have to pay for the return which was £10.09 I would warm people to be aware of this listing as I feel its a scam as Now Have no battery and £10.00 out of pocket

Excellent customer service

I received a Netta 2 in 1 pole chainsaw in September 2025 but only used it this week. I was very impressed with the ease of use and the light weight.
Unfortunately when I went to charge the battery I found that the charging adapter plug was broken ( the top pin had sheared off) I contacted Netta customer service and received a very prompt reply. After supplying some basic information to the team a replacement adapter was dispatched and received only 3 days after initial contact. I am very impressed with the fantastic and very prompt service from their team and would be happy to recommend their product and after sales care.

Keeps freezing milk

Keeps freezing milk, even though followed manufacturers instructions making sure milk carton not touching back of fridge, just no setting on fridge .

Faulty product!

My blender did not work when I first used it. I reported this problem to Netta customer support team. They sent me a link to send them a video of the product not working. I did send them the video of the faulty product and, they did not get back to me since. I sent them an email informing them that I have sent the requested video. I am left with a faulty product and no response from Netta customer support team. I am very disappointed with the lack of support.

Products become defective just after warranty expires

Bought a very expensive heated blanket off this company and shortly after warranty of 12 months it broke. I contacted them to see if there was anything I could do such as repair,replace or even a discount to buy another one at over £120. They were extremely unhelpful and for that amount of money I expected more from their customer service. Me and my family wont be buying anything else from these guys again.
!!SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT PUTS CUSTOMERS FIRST!!
