I am a repeat customer. We were glad to see Paul once again, we got great service from Paul the last time and we hoped he would be there again. There was a good display of quality products and Paul took us through the options and explained the guarantees. Free delivery was very welcome, other business were asking ridiculous amounts of for delivery which put me off. We got a 2 seater G-plan sofa and was delivered without fuss.

A new sofa was delivered today, and it is fabulous!!
Satisfaction all round and very efficient. It started with Andy the salesman at the shop in Horbury where there were oddles of choice, so he was ultra helpful. Payment methods were easy and with good communication from the factory end,, the delivery drivers were punctual and polite.

Had a great experience today whilst buying a headboard. The salesman was amazing and so helpful. He really couldn’t do enough for me to help me decide! which was quite difficult as i wanted a specific type and colour! He was extremely obliging and I ended my visit with a perfect option. Also visited the furniture side and could have bought the entire shop! some lovely furniture options in there too. I bought a couple of vases and again the salesman. couldn’t do enough for me and even carried them to my car! it’s a little gem of a place if you want quality and amazing customer service! well done guys!

We had a lot of help from Symone who was always friendly and knowledgeable. She sent off for numerous swatches and we successfully completed our order thanks to her help and patience.

We visited Nettletons for a sofa and shelving unit. On entering, we were warmly welcomed by Paul who advised us to browse at our leisure.
On finding the furniture that we loved, Paul was very helpful in the choosing of fabric and coordinating cushions.
Paul processed the sale in a friendly and professional manner.
We would definitely recommend Nettletons for your furniture needs.

Just been to Nettletons for the very first time and I have to say the experience was great, no pushy sales people they just leave you to browse the store.They have a great choice of furniture and I came away with exactly what me and my wife were looking for. And just to add Symone who dealt with us was great. Definitely will be the first port of call for future furniture purchases.

When looking for sofas we visited Nettletons first as our experience with them has always been great. They had an excellent choice of good quality products and, as usual, all the staff were keen to help without being "pushy". Paul in particular was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and patiently helped us to make our final choice.

We came across the company by googling G Plan, and are so pleased that we did. I am not a great shopper but a 90 minute visit to Nettleton was a delight.(Never thought I would say that about spending so long in any shop). The wide choice of lounge furniture was brilliant and so well displayed. Symone provided excellent assistance to us, being so attentive to our needs, leaving us to our own devices but being so knowledgeable and helpful when we had questions. Nothing was too much trouble. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nettleton's.

A friendly Hello when entering the shop but make you aware that they are there to help if and when required. They do not follow you round ready to swoop!
Symone was on hand when we needed assistance, having dealt with her before it was like chatting to a friend but with an excellent knowledge of all their products.
We mentioned that our cat had been spooked and scratched our previous purchase…. Symone then asked if we had taken out the care package…. No idea I replied. Symone then went and checked on our previous purchase and we had. So we are able to get someone to visit and repair. So pleased we returned, nothing was too much trouble. Have already recommended to my daughter who has also made a purchase.

Symone at Nettletons was incredibly helpful and patient. I’m very indecisive and went back and forth a few times over a couple of visits. Symone’s gentle guidance helped me reach a decision I am really happy with.

I had ordered some swatches but they hadn’t yet arrived - Symone kindly let me nip home with the shops full swatch book to help me make sure I was happy with the colour match with the rest of my front room.

One of the things I liked about the store overall was the relaxed feel. There was no sales pressure from anyone. Further, once I’d spoke with Symone she left me to think about what I wanted in my own time and space which I really appreciated as I can be quite anxious in these situations.

I rang the store to ask if they had the 3 seater sofa in their store, they didn’t have the sofa in but had the armchair in and were welcome to come and look as it was exactly the same. We went two days later and asked to speak to Andy ,he was so helpful in every way no pressure at all, showed us the swatches loads of different materials, couldn’t believe the amount of different colours and materials we tried the armchair it was very well made, and comfy , Andy couldn’t be more helpful told we could around the showroom we decided to stick with the original one one we had seen online.Andy even gave us the free guarantee with a type of scotch guard worth over £120 no more to be said excellent.

Bought my new sofas from Nettletons and would like to acknowledge how incredible Symone was! She dealt with me / my booking from the first time I went in to have a look right up to completing my order and she has been nothing short of fantastic! So friendly and helpful and gave me all the information I needed at every turn.
She was extremely accommodating of my circumstances, let me take swatch book to my new house, went through different fabrics with me then helped with product knowledge and measurements when I was unsure if the sofas would fit.
She went above and beyond for me to make sure I could have what I wanted for my new house and to make the process as easy as possible.
I loved the experience of shopping at Nettletons and will be going back and this is down to the amazing service from Symone and the lovely chats / interactions we had with her every time we went in! I’m actually looking forward to going to show her photos once my new sofas are in - she should be recognised for her fantastic service and lovely demeanour, it makes all the difference.
