My experience today at Nettletons when purchasing my furniture was excellent. Customer service given by Symone was second to none .I would highly recommend Nettletons to anyone

Excellent service just before Christmas by Andy at their bed and mattress store in Horbury. My wife had been struggling to find the right mattress and Andy understood her requirements quickly and showed her a number of mattresses. We found one we were happy with and ordered there and then. Andy also reminded us about some loyalty vouchers we had and discounted the product for us. He also gave clear communication on the order process and kept us up to date on next steps. Excellent service

Fantastic experience, all thanks to Paul. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, gave us lots of useful advice to find the ideal items, never pushy and always on our side. We purchased some clearance bedroom furniture for our new house and he sourced more matching items saving us money on ordering new. We we so impressed with the service we returned the next day and purchased a sofa from him. Again, superb service. Nothing was too much bother. Would definitely consider buying here again.

My experience of buying a sofa was very good. Julie was very patient, (I took all afternoon!!) to decide on my purchase. Julie kept me updated on the progress of my purchase and the delivery went smoothly. The two chaps who delivered my furnuture were very friendly and efficient. Can't praise my experience enough. Decided to visit Nettletons again after having a very good experience buying a 3 piece suite from them before. I wasn’t disappointed! Symone as very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience was a pleasure. She even made us a very nice cuppa! Would definitely recommend Nettletons to anyone looking for quality furniture and attentive but not pushy staff.

We have been a Nettletons customer for many years and needed a replacement 3 pc suite. Symone met us on arrival and took us round the extensive showroom showing many possibilities for us. The day after, we went back and chose a G Plan suite with extra cushions. Symone was courteous, knowledgable, helpful and did not pressure us to make our decision. During the pricing exercise Symone and her Manager Paul were flexible and we were able to arrive at a price that suited both us and Nettletons. We now very much look forward to delivery in due course.

We used Nettletons as they are a business local to us and we knew they sell Hypnos mattresses which we wanted to test before purchasing. The bedroom showroom is very clean and tidy and lots of choice. We tried a few different mattresses before settling on the one we wanted. We spoke to Danny who was very friendly and explained the differences about each mattress we looked at. Very impressed by the whole experience

A beautiful showroom with genuinely lovely staff. We were welcomed by Paul and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. The sofa we wanted wasn’t on display here anymore , but Paul knew the one , and helped us find out where we could view it . He understood the importance of this and didn’t try to just switch sell us . Once we had seen the sofas , we came back to Paul and ordered our new furniture with him.
He looked after us from start to finish and I would thoroughly recommend Paul and the team at Nettletons for superb customer service. Thank you so much.

When we walked into the store we were warmly greeted by Symone, with a welcoming smile and an unpushy manner.

Having previously been to a few furniture stores, I was completely overwhelmed and totally confused as to what to purchase.

Symone immediately put me at ease by being friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and most of all, patient with me!

I looked at a number of different makes, styles and fabrics and, after changing my mind at the very last minute (so patient ;), I settled on GPlan sofas. Symone made the whole process smooth and painless including a fantastic price.

Symone is a credit to Nettleton's.

We have been satisfied customers of Nettletons for over 50 years ! For our most recent purchase we received excellent service from Nettleton’s Paul Bromley. Having an in-depth knowledge of a number of sofa manufacturers he helped us to choose 2 GPlan sofas that suited our requirements. He kept us informed regularly on the sofas manufacture and gave us an accurate delivery date. We had them expertly delivered today - very pleased with them and wish to express our thanks for an overall excellent service!

First time we have visited this store; we had a great experience. Served by Symone who was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We have mixed and matched across different manufacturers for our mattress, bedframe and headboard- so we really needed to know everything would be ok!

Amazing service, Julie who helped us buy our corner sofa and chair, gave us samples to take home and compare colours with our living room, which helped us decide. She was very friendly and trust worthy. Definitely recommend having a visit, will be buying more furniture from there in the future.

The in-store service we received at Nettletons in Horbury was excellent. Julie Mortimer was extremely knowledgeable about the products and gave us such good advice about how to look after our new purchase. There was no rush to make a decision and we were able to borrow fabric swatches to take home and compare.
