Nettotobak.com's customer service isn't worth even a one star review. They don't read mail, they reply with a standard mail where they only fill in the name of the customer but don't answer the question customer had, so ignorant and nonchalant.

Very sorry you feel that way. We never send standard mail unless it's an automatic one regarding an order being packed or a shipment being sent etc. If the Customer send us a question we do take the time to respond properly. If we missed your questions however, we absolutely do apologize.

I love when I can order cigarettes and have them delivered. Quick delivery as always! Just wish they could have offers on cigarettes and not only snus, but maybe a legal thing! Ordered from here several times, once I had an issue and they helped right away. Maximum stars for them and their staff!

When it comes to cigarettes, most of the total cost is just taxes unfortunatly. So the prices are not as flexible as with snus.
