Netvue is a great company
Netvue is a great company! I enjoy my Birdfy feeder so much! And besides that customer service is very helpful, friendly and accommodating! My solar panel was not charging my camera and they replaced it after trying all possibilities of fixing it! I have had a few other beginners issues and they were able to advise me by emails how to fix those problems! I highly recommend Netvue Buddy Feeder!

Loving my Netvue birdfy feeder! I've gotten to know the birds in my yard and really enjoy seeing them every day. I have had a couple of issues with critters stealing some of my accessories and the customer service has been outstanding!
Amazing, Fun, & Excellent Service!
Amazing and so much fun! I have enjoyed my netvue camera birdfeeder and been happy with the quality and have had no issues with the wifi or solar panel charging. The customer service is excellent! I needed a replacement part as a squirrel chewed it and Netvue sent me the replacement quickly and without charge. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend!

Do not buy these cameras or the solar panel that comes with them. The solar panel does not work all the time. Thier resolution is to unplug and plug the solar panel back in all the time. This is not satisfactory. The Motion detector detect everything even in the low mode. This camera crappy at best.
Good Idea… Don’t Buy It….
The system rarely connects, constant ‘Live Stream Errors’. Very strong wireless signal. Oddly, I can connect more frequently remotely than on my home network.

Just got a two camera system from them neither cameras will hook to the internet call the customer service number multiple times can never get if somebody to answer can never get a call back. One of the worst camera companies I have personally ran across highly recommend you to never use

If I could give a negative star I would. Camera won’t hold a charge. Called AND emailed to discuss options. 6 emails later I am no where closer to a resolution. Horrible experience. Feeder worked for a few days at best.

Cameras work great but…..
Cameras work great, We have owned two cameras for over 4 years. Customer service is non existent. Chat only provides “you read” articles and emails are not answered. We have paid $99 for a year of Event Continual Video recording that doesn’t work. Therefore, the cameras are useless without recordings in the case of an compromising event. Also, it took us a very long time to be able to change the payment method which now doesn’t work! We are looking at alternative cameras.
They won't stop billing me...I can't cancel
They won't stop billing me. I've tried the cancel payment many different ways. I've tried doing it on the website, and despite its confirmation, they keep billing me. I try calling and emailing--they won't respond. I've removed my payment information from their site, that doesn't work either. So now I have to block payments by contacting my credit card company, and those blocks elapse every 15 months.

Contacted this company a number of times. No one will contact you back. I didn't receive the hummingbird attachment. Tried to call to ask when it will come. No one will help me on this. They will steal your money and not deliver the product. Still waiting to hear back. They tell me they will get back to me in 1-3 days. Lies They never do.

Got this bird feeder for Christmas
Got this bird feeder for Christmas. Fully charged it before using it as it states in the manual. Hooked up the solar charger to it. The battery died after 1 week. It will not charge even after I brought it inside and warmed it up to room temp and then used the charging cord that came with it. Called customer support and after 4 days of trouble shooting they asked to ship it back. They will not replace it until they receive it. Not happy.
Horrible company - NOT WORTH IT
Horrible company. DO NOT buy from them unless you want to be let down. I purchased a bird feeder back in November for a Christmas gift. It never arrived. Now it's January and still no bird feeder and no refund. After several emails to customer service, the last one I received was them letting me know I would finally be getting a refund.. still waiting on it btw. I'm starting to question whether or not this is even a LEGIT COMPANY?

I got one of the mini cameras for Christmas so I can keep an eye on my doggy while I'm at work well the whole situation is stupid, this company has made it where this camera only connects to a specific wifi which I don't have that specific one so I couldn't even use the camera. It is very frustrating when I didn't even purchase this camera myself someone gave it to me as a gift and now I have to ask that person for the receipt so I can return it and get a different on. a different BRAND I can not stress this enough DO NOT BUY their products!!!!!! I did get in contact with one of the customer support agents her name was Noya and she did all she could to help me and I appreciate her time trying to help. there's no reason to get mad at her because this is not her fault this is the companies fault that they made the cameras where they can only connect to a specific wifi that not everyone has.
Horrendous Customer Support
I bought the AI bird feeder with the Solar panel. The product arrived without the "screw cap" to connect the panel to the feeder securely.
There is no way to call support. It is a useless bot chat or email. Email response is slow. As well, they don't read the email. They barely perused it and made an assumption I never received the product. That starts the clock over again, with an even slower response.
If you must buy this, buy through Amazon, where you at least have a chance to return the product in the case they don't fulfill the order or there are issues with the product.
Never shipped
No shipping information communicated and has not shipped 3 weeks after paying…will be asking a refund.
Netvue bird feeder
I ordered a Netvue bird feeder with camera on 11-28-22. I contacted the company on 12-18-22 to ask if it would be here by Christmas. They assured me it would be and it would ship in a few days. It shipped on 12-20-22 and It still hasn't arrived. When I am not able to track the shipment and the company told me they are unable to track it as well. I understand they say 15-20 days shipping but it took 23 days to ship. They only told me they were short on product when I emailed them on the 18th. They have terrible costumer service. Buy from a different company.
Poor communication and lack of customer service
Almost one month ago I purchased a bird feeder camera from them. It was only after that I reached out to them first that they informed me the product was out of stock. There was no indication that this product was low or out of stock and they allowed me to still go through with the purchase.
After I requested a refund all communication has stopped on their end. I have never received such poor customer service and 100% do not recommend - look elsewhere!
