They are impossible to contact and are causing me huge issues as a result.

I used netweaver to transfer-in a domain and I purchased 3 web hosting packages here for new domains at another registra.
I use netweaver because the service is courteous and trusted.
Very good value for money.

I’ve been with Netweaver for 20 plus years they used to be great. Now I would not recommend.

I started using netweaver in 2016 and they were amazing. The customer service was super quick and helpful.

I so wish I could still say that now. But unfortunately it takes the customer service ages to answer support tickets (I’ve been waiting for 11 days now). They also tell you to do things but don’t explain how.

So unfortunately I can’t recommend netweaver to people who have little experience.

I moved 2 of my sites to another hosting Co, big mistake, now I am back with Netweaver and everything is going really well.

I've been with NetWeaver for about 20 years with multiple sites, occasional forays to other providers to test alternative offerings, but never for long. Excellent service, friendly and good value.

Moved a number of sites to Netweaver over the years. Not needed much support but when I have it has been rapid and effective. Feels like a personal service.

My third site with netweaver. Once I became used to the interface software I found it relatively straightforward to use.
Warned of a couple of engineering downtimes, but very reliable

Simple pricing inclusive of VAT and really good value on domains. No sting in the tail after an introductory offer, especially if you have multiple domains pointing to one website.

I am slowing moving my domains/websites from 123-reg to NetWeaver.uk

Excellent service! I contacted the NetWeaver team after being bamboozled by many hosting providers.

Phil and the team spoke plain English, took a look at my website and advised me on what they could do for me and then set to work.

The website was moved to their servers quicker than overnight, I'm still waiting for the transfer to be completed in full, but this is nothing to do with NetWeaver, it's because my other host takes 72 hours to complete the transfer, but I'm already seeing massively increased load speeds, they even ran an image compression so we're expecting the speeds to increase even more!

I'm a very basic-level webmaster; I started with a sketchy knowledge of Dreamweaver 2004 to update a site built for us in 2007, and after we lost that, had to teach-myself WP (a Netweaver recommendation). We now have the rebuilt site up and running. Whenever we've needed help, it has been there, promptly and in terms I can understand. Netweaver hosting has been stable, reliable, and excellent value for money - I am happy to recommend it to anyone.

I have been using Netweaver as my only web hosting service since early 2011 and have 3 domains registered with them. I am not experienced or well versed but have found them very easy and helpful to work with. I have only had a handful of issues in this time and these have always been dealt with swiftly and competently and with language I understand without being patronising. They do not bombard me with emails and only get in touch with pertinent information or things I need to action.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Netweaver to anyone looking to affordably and easily host a website.

To be honest not having a lot of success. Transferred domain to them and am trying to replace the existing pages. Every question asked regarding assistance on set up is answered in a way that avoids the answer! Perhaps OK for experienced web designers but for a newcomer very hard going and assistance best summed up by the pseudo Latin phrase 'Nonnus Tossus'. Now considering transferring domain from them.

These guys are absolutely amazing, first class service always answering my emails very quickly and solving issues straight away. Can’t recommend them enough.

I'm based in the UK and the access to these servers is simply lightning fast
I love the Installatron they've deployed

I've been using Netweaver for about six years now. There is a simple reason - they are brilliant! Their packages are easily the most competitive around but in addition to that, the support they provide is second to none considering their size. Regardless of what time I message them to get help, their reply is normally prompt.
They have let me sample the difference between packages and they always give good, honest advice that's best for me. Really excellent customer service.
Their servers have excellent reliability. In fact, I have never encountered a problem that has been caused by Netweaver reliability. They have even given me advice on my local systems that is above and beyond their remit.
When you contact Netweaver, not only do you get a human response but their small and dedicated team means you get someone that knows you. My only tiny criticism is that every message... literally EVERY time you respond, you get an automated email reply acknowledging your message. But at least I know it's been received. Would I recommend Netweaver to others? I do... Regularly.
