After 12 years time to say goodbye
After 12 years of using the service I need to say, it's time to leave.
Every day the customer support is worse, the website is impossible to use because is trashing and looping.
Better use another provider.

We are very sorry for the issues you are experiencing Albert. As we explained multiple times on the support tickets, the issues are not in our side. If you are having problems transferring domains to another provider, you should contact their support team.
We have worked multiple days giving the customer the proper authentication codes and he insists they are wrong because the service he is trying to transfer the domain names is not working but he keeps insisting the issue is on our side even when we gave him public links from other people complaining about the same company, he is trying to transfer the domain names. Basically, Albert is complaining our service is trash because he is experiencing problems with another company but using our support team to help him out.
We support 24/7 all our customers for services and products in our company, not third-party providers. We are not able to solve issues with other companies. Once we posted a link which is public from other people that complain about that company with a similar issue, he stopped replying to us, we assume because he is not getting support from that provider and since he is unhappy that we can’t support him anymore with services in other companies he decided to give us a bad review.
Not surprisingly his profile also rates other companies low, which he is not getting the support he expects, because the same companies are mentioned in our support ticket, but he expected us to support him with those companies services.
We understand the frustration but there is nothing we can do to help you out with services in another company we don’t control. Feel free to update your support ticket. Please note to readers his also rating other company badly because he is not getting the support he expects.
