Excellent customer service very helpful & kind

The product it self is great. I stopped taking it but returned because it really did make a difference with my bloating.
Unfortunately recently my subscription was sent out but I haven’t received it.
After several emails I’m still no closer to sorting the problem out, which is really disappointing.

After cancelling my subscription twice and removing my bank details off the account. They still proceeded to use my card details and sent another batch out . After contacting them all they did was try give me the hard sell and offer me 40% off of the product, which I previously didn’t want. And then send me a link to rejoin a subscription. And now I’ve got email from Evri saying there’s another on the way .

I contacted Neuaura to cancel my subscription, and the process was straightforward. Their customer service responded promptly and handled my request without any issues. I appreciate how easy they made it and would recommend them based on my experience.

Please this company are untrustworthy. I placed a last month to give them ago. Surprise, they don't work. So obviously I won't be buying again. But this morning I have seen an email to say thanks for your order. I have then come to realise without my knowledge or agreement that the company have sent up a subscription without me knowing. they have taken out £37 out of my account - still no tablets either. I even have my last email from the first order and nowhere dose it state I agreed to a subscription. I have requested a refund but I will be taking I further if I do nit receive one. I would be interesting to know how many other people have been treated like this

Ive been taking bloatburn now for 4 months.I definately feel the difference after a main meal.I feel better within myself.Unfortunetly my weight has stayed the same,but im going to keep going,and hope my weight drops.

Hi. I am very dissapointed with this company and with they very poor customer service. I was an customer, they product did not work for me in a month was a waste of money. On second month I cancelled the subscribed and stop the payments. To my surprise I received the product again and payment was paid. Its over a month now I have be mailing customer service to send qr for returns still I have not received qr, not recieved refunds and still I stay have to pay £5 for posting even its they fault. No apology No quick action to help to return the package. I am glad to stop with this company. I paid £37 its a alot of money for me to lose it and stamps for £5 even its the company mistake.

My first order after the product being recommended by a friend. Slight issue with the order but the customer service was phenomenal, instant replies to emails and mix up with the order resolved immediately.
Can't wait to start on this new journey to a new me.

There was a mix up with my first delivery - The courier delivered to the wrong address, not Neuaura's fault, but they investigated and did remedial action straight away.

I have used the Bloat burn capsules for about 9 months now, I noticed a difference almost immediately, less swelling and less discomfort. I will continue to use yhem daily for ongoing health and wellbeing benefits, I am 70 years of age and now feel much more motivated.

I had an issue with a missing product but Sheena dealt with the problem quickly & efficiently. She was polite & professional and easy to communicate with.

Great product

I am on my third bottle now and unfortunately the belly bloat is no different.
