I've never use this company before, so was a little skeptical. My order came, packaging look good, items were as shown in the commercial. The only problem i ordered the wrong size. I emailed them and they responded very quickly to help me get my refund.

Looks great, falls apart quickly
The knee brace feels great and works well on day one and two, then day three of wearing it, it begins to fall apart. The patella support ring just falls off and the brace is therefore worthless at that point.
Was informed by Neurogena to contact them via email with order number and they would correct the issue, however, I had previously tried that with no response which led to the review. I emailed again on 5/7/26, so we will see if anything at all happens.

Appreciated the Easy Return and Useful Knee Pad
I received my order on 15 March, which included the Neurogena Max Decompression Belt and the knee pad. Unfortunately, after consideration, we decided not to use the belt because my mother is 80 years old and has osteoporosis, and I was worried it might not be suitable for her condition.
I really appreciate that the return process for the belt was handled quickly and efficiently. We kept the knee pad, and it has been helpful in reducing my mother’s knee pain, so we are happy with that item.
