The products are very helpfull

Items are good quality and shipping was fast

I placed an order on Neurogena.us and paid the full amount in advance. After payment, I did not receive any shipping confirmation or tracking details. The product has not been shipped yet. I sent multiple emails to their support team, but I received no reply.
There is no customer support response, no status update, and no clarity on my order. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. My money is stuck, and I feel cheated.
I do not recommend ordering from this website until they improve their customer service and fulfill orders properly. Buyers should be careful before making any payment.

I order on jan-2026 but still can't received my parcel. And also they don't replying me or giving the updates on my parcel.

I got a return email from Kelly at Neurogena explaining how to return my Neurogena Back Support Belt, since they sent me the wrong size (2XL/3XL) instead of XL/2XL. He or she was very prompt and provided clear and concise directions on what I needed to do to return this item.

I was double shipped an order and ive asked on multiple occasions that you would please send me a return authorization number and a return shipping label so that i could return the 2nd unopened parcel that was shipped to me as i have no computer or printer. I really appreciate the timeliness of the delivery and the handling of my package.

I really appreciate having my issues resolved promptly. Unfortunately my husband did not get as much relief as I had hoped, in all fairness I'm pretty sure he needs surgery.

The customer service was great. The device was well built just didn't work for me. Would try them again for another device

Just received the spinal air traction belt today. I used it immediately and the results are very positive so far. I’m very hopeful for the first time in years.

The device looks fine. But it didn't seem to work well on me; maybe because of body type, the parts that were supposed to decompress my spine just slipped. So I didn't feel it was actually decompressing.

I ordered and paid for products on 24th of January for international delivery on their webpage. Even after 5 days i did not get any delivery information, they are not responding on my emails or picking up phone. I feel i got scammed for 200$, i do not recommend anyone to order their products, especially for international orders.
Maybe use amazon, at least you will have some guarantee.

I ordered this for my Mother, who had a herniated disc a couple years ago, so she’s still having a hard time with back pain.
She feels a lot better while wearing this back support belt.

I truly believe it’s a great product but it wasn’t for me. I had it for a few weeks, used it faithfully everday but maybe my back condition is just too far gone and it was causing pain not relief. I still believe in the product and truly wish it was meant for my back but it just wasn’t . Please at least give it a try!

Initially the purchase of an item was great, the only thing I would add to the buying process was to have the buyer give up their age, weight and height so that a proper size could be applied from the start and save a bad experience of trying to return an item. I did not get on with the returns portal the language used was not what I was used to, reaching out and integrate is all a bit alien to an elderly person. It took something like 6 e-mails and/or texts to come to a satisfactory conclusion on returning the item.. the Knee brace was very well constructed and made but that particular one was very tight and did nothing for my poor circulation and Varicose Veins. I could not wear the brace for more than 2 hours at a time.... I ordered the item on the 29th December and today the 19th January I am returning it .......John Smallwood.

Hello, the items are of excellent quality but because it’s so stretchy, i didn’t choose the correct size.
As for ur response, it was quick and effective and I really appreciate that.
