The product that arrived is not IP65 as advertised and therefore cannot be used outdoors. After contacting the customer service team to let them know, their only response was that my order was outside of the window for returns. This company is a scam, very cheap quality, fake reviews, misleading website (not UK based) and worst of all, they are selling dangerous electrical items. Please avoid this company, it has been an extremely expensive mistake.

As others have said - this company is a scam! It's not a UK company but posing as one - it arrived from China after weeks and is super cheap tat for super high price, came in crumbled, flimsy packaging. The return address as someone else said is a UK residential address, very dodgy, and the customer service is only AI bots. They kept offering me a discount to keep it. I sent it back at my own cost and haven't received a refund. This place needs to be reported and shut down! Do NOT buy from here!

Scam company! Waited ages for delivery that came from china not the UK! Returned item after many emails offering me a discount to keep it! Return address - residential. Sent them a photo of delivery to the address and still sending emails asking for more information or they won’t refund. Do not go near this company!!!!

Ordered on 28 November. Still waiting for delivery or an update on likely deliery date nearly 2 months later. Do not order from this company unless you are happy to wait a really long time. This is not a UK based site and your delivery will be shipped from China and the customer services contact is in Hong Kong

Avoid this company, their shiny website hides the fact that they are essentially a dropshipping company. Their shipping was very slow, the light arrived and looks nothing like the pictures and is clearly of a very low quality. Returns are a nightmare - they are charging a 10% return fee and we have to pay for shipping (back to Hong Kong).

The product we recieved was not the product we ordered, very different in appearance and quality. Shame we can’t add photos here to demonstrate. We have been repeatedly told it’s a ‘non-quality related’ issue and will only be given a 90% refund and have to pay shipping costs. Even the £20 we would therefore have to pay wouldn’t be what the product appears to be worth. Absolute scam.

Please do not use this company. My sister got my parents to buy lights from here and they are not compliant with UK electrical standards. Despite having qualified electrician writing a report they refuse to acknowledge it and have refused a refund so we are doing a chargeback through credit card. Terrible customer service and fraudulent company selling misrepresented products. They should be closed down.

Scam company, imported from China, terrible quality, hugely overpriced

Long lead time, but I had noticed the shipping address was Hong Kong. Ordered 3 lights, total of the parcel was around £800.

I can not stress enough how poor the quality of the lights are in comparison to the price. The ecom imagery on the listing does look ai generated and editted, but I was not expecting quite such incredibly poor products to arrive.

When I asked to return for a full refund I was told the issues I described and sent detailed photos of weren't "quality" related, as their definition of quality simply refers to if the product works as a light (one of which didn't even do that, and for that fitting I did receive a full refund after "sending a photo of the fitting in a public bin" as requested, rather than returning).

I was told for the other I could return at my own cost and accept a 10% checking back in fee for the stock - not only a joke, but also meaning the same terrible quality fitting would be on its way to another unsuspecting shopper. Regardless of my explanation of how outrageous this is I did not get a full refund for the product.

Don't buy from this company, unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount for something you could have found in a discount shop on the highroad.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They make it impossible to do a return and try and charge you!

Ordered a product 3 weeks ago and yet to receive. However id have never bought it knowing it was coming from Hong Kong. The website is misleading and purposely represents itself as a British company, it’s not until you look closer you realise it says Hong Kong as the address. I’ve not got the product yet but I’m very concerned that it won’t be up to UK electronic standards and I can only imagine how hard it would be to return, that is if I ever receive it. Avoid this company, it’s not worth the hassle

Incorrect items sent, ongoing emails to resolve issue but neutral lighting just keep refering to proof of delivery not taking into account that the items sent in these deliveries were not ordered. I would not recommened this online retailer.

Copying other brands work and providing bad quality lighting

Misleading website and contact details claim to be a UK company. Actually based in Hong Kong. It's been weeks and they took our money but no communication yet when or even if they plan to ship out the lights.

I saw positive reviews but now I've been clicking the profiles of the people giving positive reviews of this website and their reviews of this website and others sound just as bots would write.

I ordered 2 bird round chandeliers from Neutralighting and waited 3 weeks for them to arrive. The website said they took ES26 LED bulbs and I confirmed this in emails with the support team at neutralighting. I explained that I planned to use ES27 dimmable bulbs. They even sent me a photo of the light bulb to use. I was therefore pretty surprised to find that when the fittings arrived they had integral surface mounted LEDs which were incompatible with my dimmer switch. I really can't comment on the performance of the product as they were unsuitable so I requested a full refund as I had been mislead. Obtaining the refund was painful and Neutralighting were clearly not interested in having the lamps back. They offered to give me a 65% refund to keep them rather than arrange a courier. In order to secure a full refund I was instructed to throw the fittings in the rubbish and send them a photo as evidence. How ridiculous and environmentally unfriendly. I did eventually receive a full refund for the 2 light fittings and I notice that the website specification for the lamps has been corrected, but they did not refund the £15 I spent on shipping insurance so I remain out of pocket.
The actual light fittings did look pretty.

Based in Hong Kong website looks fab lights are not as seen in the picture like a miniature version in real life asked for a refund they charge you 10% re stock fee and money to send back absolute Joke very hard to get a refund out of them a lot of back and fourth

don't trust this site. i've been waiting a month for a package, trying to get cashback.

Merchandise shipped from China, waiting 12 days and counting. Not a UK based company - I feel like the website and reviews here are quite misleading.

We installed two above the kitchen island. They give just the right amount of light and add a stylish touch.
