Appalling service. Ordered a phone case, the money was immediately taken from my account but I never received the item. Twice I chased it up and was told by Jamie that he would sort it out. On the third occasion I said I wanted a refund because they clearly hadn’t sent it. Jamie abruptly said “I’ll refund you”, no apology or explanation. I still did not receive a refund so I had to open a dispute with PayPal. Nearly 2 months later I have had a refund.

I received second hand goods when sold…
I received second hand goods when sold As new. When I sent photos and asked for a refund I was told they would send me details of how to return by a certain date. This did not happen. I have obviously been scammed.
Since writing this review, they then emailed me and I have now received a full refund.

DO NOT go nowhere near these scumbags
If only I could give a zero or minus 1 to these low life scammers. I ordered a Bluetooth speaker from this so-called company, never received it as the tracking number on it, was for another parcel containing rat killer for another resident in the same block. I opened the case with PayPal, but still ended up paying it as PayPal said the seller provided them a tracking number. I'm fuming for having to pay for something that I didn't receive😡😠. Avoid completely. Very poor customer service too 👎👎👎

Will I even receive my order?
Ordered a phone case, paid the extra to get “express delivery” 1-2 days. Been a week and half now and still not received my order. Someone finally got back to me to say it must have been lost in the post and they will send another out again with express delivery. Seems poorly run with poor customer service. No offer of repaying the cost of express delivery. Not sure if I will ever receive my order.

Speedy service and free returns - what's not to like!
I ordered some on-ear headphones, but unfortunately they were uncomfortable (pressing on my ears). Not the products fault I don't think, but just not suitable for me.
Anyway, I returned them for FREE and received a full refund straight away.
That's why I've given them five stars - I had excellent service, it cost me nothing to try the headphones on, so... nothing to complain about!
