Items NOT tarnish free and they do not honour their tarnish free guarantee. Customer service are ignorant and they do not want to put things right.

I was a bit unsure at first, but even after showers and daily wear, there’s no fading or discoloration. Definitely recommend. Beautiful finish and amazing quality. It has been 7 days that i placed an order for $120 AUD. Have not received any updated email or tracking number for my order. Very disappointing

My patience has officially ran its course with this company. And based on these reviews, I'm sure 50% of the issues could be resolved with quick & honest communication.

Customers deserve to be informed and updated on their purchases. Even now, no update to their website regarding delays, but are stating '10 days processing times' in the responses below (the website states 5-7 days). Well it's 15 days and counting for my order. Also radio silence to my last email.

People order jewelry for special occasions and there is no sense of care or urgency! But you are actively scouting for new customers by running a multi-platform sales campaign for $8 jewelry pieces. Just sell locally if you can't fullfill international orders in a more timely manner.

Anyways, my purchase was made April 4th. For 19 assorted items valued for $168. I paid an additional $20 for DHL 2-day shipping. After requesting an update, I finally received a tracking number with YanWen shipping. The reviews for this company are horrible. They mostly handle SHEIN/TEMU orders. Google says they average 2-3 week for international shipping to USA. It is April 24 today and my package has been marked "Shipping Label Created" since April 16th. Indicating they don't even have my package. I'm writing this days after waiting for a possible scanning update. There had been no update or no response to my email.

The items will no longer arrive for my birthday and am very disappointed. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company 5 mins ago (ORDER #13614)

UPDATE: This update is a few hours after the above review (same day). Miraculously, my order has been updated to “Parcel received by NJ…” within 4 hours of leaving the review. So the shipping company FINALLY has my package. The credit card dispute will remain active until: (1) I receive my order (2) all items correct (3) quality as described

UPDATE: Today is April 27th and I have received my package. All items were correct and the jewelry looks nice. Please note that the brackets are very small… like u need miniature wrists. Best to order their adjustable pieces. I may give a later update on the quality.

Since I have received my order, I will cancel my credit card dispute after uploading this review.

I ordered 10 rings, 2 bracelets and an anklet. Its very dull and looks disgusting. Its used. Please don’t waste your money.

Finally received my items today. It took long to be delivered and also the delivery company Yodel delivered to the wrong address.
I could have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.
Other than that the pieces look amazing. Hoping they will not lose its color

I went on line, looked around and placed my first order , received it and waited to see the results. They were amazing so I ordered my second time.....
