Same as the 1 star reviews I still haven’t received my order!!! Maybe it’s coming from china that’s why it’s taking this long!!!!!!!!!! No updates whatsoever!! Disappointing!!

😡😡😡I ordered $85 worth of jewelry plus $20 expedited shipping (DHL, ships in 1-2 days) on April 5th. I had to make an address update so I notified Neveah immediately that evening and received a swift response first thing in the morning. It’s April 10th and my package still isn’t delivered and still says “waiting for details” for shipping. Sent an email yesterday asking for a delivery update and I’ve received no reply. This morning I just received an invite to leave a 5-star review and get a $10 coupon. I just want my package. I was excited to get my delivery but now I’m angry. Fix it, Nevaeh. Order #: US-13680.

Update: As of April 22, 2026, I’ve not received my order!! 😡😡😡

Update: I’ve received my order on April 22, 2026, and adding this update on April 23, 2026. I’ve ordered from Nevaeh a few years ago and decided to order this year in which I wasn’t aware of the many negative reviews about customers not receiving their orders timely or at all. I’m so disappointed in this company! If my order was going to be delayed like this, I would have saved my $20 for expedited shipping and opted for standard! I still haven’t received a received my refund, btw Nevaeh.

Now that I’ve received my jewelry, I do love it. You still have good quality jewelry, but it wasn’t worth the wait. My excitement is completely gone due to the severe delay in shipping and no refund of my $20 expedited shipping!!! 😡😡😡😡😡 I’m not ordering from you all again until you fix your issues.

I have bought many jewellery items from Nevaeh store ,from the first point of order to delivery is efficient . The quality of each item is beautiful and hard wearing . When I have worn certain pieces people believe it is real gold . Designs are mesmerising ,some items like the bracelets are a small size more for a slimmer wrist .

I always purchase Nevada jewelry and love the pieces I wear them all the time and they don't tarnish and I just love all the designs I did receive a bracelet it broke and they are sending me a replacement which too me was awesome I do recommend buying there jewelry it is worth it and the prices are amazing not expensive

Love this jewelry! Been ordering for years and have always had a wonderful experience. I wear Nevaeh pieces everyday, in the shower or pool at the gym and they last through it all without tarnishing.
