Bought a brand new TCL 75 inch TV (75C755) from neverowned last week at a very good price, almost 30% cheaper than Amazon/FK. Had a great experience; TV was despatched promptly, though it took 5 days to reach from Delhi to Mohali. Theor customer service was quite responsive and responded promptly to every query.

I was a bit worried about buying from this not very well known site due to the mixed reviews online but the TV was in original packing and totally untouched. Neverowned even offered to arrange installation for me but I did it on my own. TCL tech who came to install was very skilled, though he upsold the articulating mount to me at a fair price :).

Overall, based on my experience I will recommend them to everyone.

Name of company is NeverOwned however the products I have received look more than well used. Both purchases have missing and damaged parts that I was informed about prior to finalizing my purchase. One of the products requires a brand new battery which effectively nullifies the savings of buying from this company. No straightforward warranty or returns process. Perhaps better to purchase from established retailers. Overall not a good experience. Feels like a local used appliance shop, perhaps sometimes one might get lucky.

Update:
Received a call from someone in senior management at NeverOwned. The business made a good faith attempt to help rectify the issue. I would be very willing to give this company another chance.

I recently purchased an AC from here. The open box concept was new to me, so I wanted to check it thoroughly before buying. To my surprise, it was just like a brand-new AC and the best part was that it cost about 40% less than a new one.
