The clothes I’ve received were exactly as shown online, well-fitted and great quality. However, they sent me 1 wrong item but it was rectified immediately when I sent through an email to them. Customer service was smooth and easy.

I’m really satisfied with this and my previous orders. Also, the help I’m thankful for the help I received from support. The clothes are good quality and it’s worth. When I want to buy clothes, I order from here and I’m always happy.

We ordered several items, and all of them lived up to our hopes! One item was too small, but NEV offered to send us a larger size for a small fee, and told us to keep the original pants and give to a friend if possible, since shipping cost would be very high. I appreciate the accommodation!

Beware UK buyers, the lack of transparency about your package made it so I didn’t receive it. I ordered skirt suit from NEVSTUDIO waited almost a month for my package so I contacted them. They sent me a picture of the package being delivered as a response, and hadn’t sent prior delivery updates despite it being on their FAQs that they provide them, clearly a blatant lie on their website. This meant that the package had been delivered and stolen by a porch pirate whilst I was waiting for a package that would never show. They don’t understand that buyers will prepare themselves to collect incoming deliveries, and clearly my case is a prime example of how I wasn’t able to pick up my parcel in time. I contacted them and said about the false information they put on their website, which they still haven’t changed. They said that for UK buyers they don’t receive tracking information because they are based there, but it makes no sense that they get the image of my front door from delivery providers (Evri) but not the customers themselves. There is no protection for customers, especially when they don’t follow what they promise.

Customer service did a great job. They respond really fast and also they remember your case which is better to communicate. My first package got stolen but they gave me a deal with 20$ to resend the new package which is worth 80$. I’ve received that a while ago and the quality is insane.

While I haven’t received the item yet I made an error in purchases and Nev Studios support team was both quick and helpful in response and fixed the size for me :)

The quality is always amazing and there's always some sort of code or sale on to make things easier on your wallet. If you need information or help with something, nevstudio's support is really helpful and kind. I've ordered from them a few times now and I'll definitely go back for more!

Such incredible customer service! Possibly the best I have encountered when shopping online. The quality of the clothing is fantastic and exactly as it appears on the website. I needed to make a size exchange and it was the most simple and accomodating process. Highly recommend purchasing from this brand. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I purchased a sweater that was not to my liking. Once received I immediately reached out to customer service where they very openly and honestly presented my options. I was given a partial refund and kept the sweater anyways. They were very helpful and efficient in their assistance.

I ordered from Nevstudio through an Instagram advertisement so I didn't know how legitimate this company was, but after reading the product reviews it seemed reasonable. I assumed the pieces would need to be sized up but it does not, the clothing is true to size. The clothing is good quality material which was surprising!! Since I needed to exchange sizes, the customer service was quick to respond with a solution to pay a small fee for the correct sizes without having to actually return the original oversized items. This option ended up being cheaper since they do not provide a free shipping label for returns. 10/10 would shop at Nevstudio again! High quality items and friendly and responsive customer service

Nev Studio is a great company! Great customer service, fast response and great help over all. Their clothing is made of really nice materials and looks amazing. Definitely recommend buying your tech/street wear here!

There was an item i had ordered out of stock and the rep got right back to me when i requested a new item in place of it. Very responsive and friendly.

I ordered a product but mistakenly had an old address for the delivery location. Contacted the support and they quickly fixed it for me. Great customer service.
