Ordered the wrong size and realised my size was sold out. I asked to cancel the order and help was quick and easy, with a refund. Bought from them before and will again!

I ordered a top but unfortunately it was already sold out. I was contacted about the issue and offered a gift card to purchase a different item. When I declined they immediately refunded me, got my refund almost instantly because I paid through PayPal and they even offered me 20% off a future purchase. Although I’m bummed about the top being out of stock, I think their customer service was amazing and reassuring. I will be back to shop!

The customer experience was good, they've been very communicative and helping me out. I did get a wrong size for myself but it was literally no stress at all.
My friend has tried their clothes too and we both love it.

The Support is Horror!
I just wanted to buy some clothes. 3 of 5 pieces were out of stock, I should replace them. Okay, wanted to get others. Also out of stock. After 3 trys I finaly found something, that was available. Package did not arrive a month after. Wanted my money back, and had to fight for it. This goes since 2 months now. Sad, because my first experience was nice and the clothes are cool. But after that, I will never buy there again.

Also very unprofessional: They were begging for a good review, because otherwise "she will lose her job". Well, Donna Spock, maybe you should do your job better.

Item ordered was out of stock but I was offered either:
A gift card for the amount of the out of stock item, plus an additional $15.
Option to choose another item less than $10 more expensive or a refund.

I had questions about the size chart for a particular item and customer service was very helpful in getting back to me and ultimately changing my order for a different size. Looking forward to receiving the item!
Update: I have received the item and am very happy! High quality material and looks even better than pictured. Will definitely shop here again!

I’ll be honest, I was worried this website was fraudulent. I ordered over 150 dollars in product anyways. It all arrived and looked even better than expected. I recomend this place highly. Their support team is also amazing. They helped me expedite a shipping last minute. I was sooo impressed.
