Unable to contact on telephone for a whole day. These people have not once, but 3 times in the last 3 weeks left my 80 year old father who is shielding in his one bed flat with no TV!! It is his lifeline to the outside world for the last 19 weeks. Today apparently they didn't have a bracket, seriously. Just go and buy one. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !

Budgie alias Steve rang and gave me a time slot. He arrived exactly as stated and quickly sorted my problem. He was extremely helpful and professional. Well done and thanks. Geoff.

BT gave a date a week away for new channels to install an aerial but New Channels called the day after my order an said they could do it that afternoon ! Arrived about 30 mins later 2 very professional and helpful guys, we ordered a new aerial and they said they didn’t think we would need one as the one already in place seems fine. They tested it and sure enough it was fine they just tidied up the existing cable and relocated the connection point in the house. Perfect job ! They could have just given us the aerial we ordered and charged us but we ended up just paying £20 for the work carried out. Brilliant to see such a professional company still exists.

I was advised by an engineer replacing a piece of my tv equipment, that the damage had been caused by water coming down the aerial cable. I reported this to my landlord who arranged for New Channels to come. Not only did their engineer sort my problem, which was a tiny nick in the cable on the roof, but he also spotted a minor problem with my neighbours' aerial which he kindly rectified for them. Ten out of ten for service and friendly attention to detail.

Today we had maintenance work carried out on our previously very poor TV aerial system. Engineer Dale gave us a professional assessment of our existing aerial system and proposed the most cost effective and technically efficient solution. He then upgraded the system to our requirements which was no easy task. Everything now works perfectly thanks to the skill and extensive knowledge of Dale. Thanks for a great job New Channels Technology!

We had our CCTV fitted today by the amazing Jan Erik. I am sure most would have considered crying off due to the weather. However Jan persisted through extremely windy wet weather.

Once the job had been completed he ensured we had a full knowledge of our CCTV's capabilities.

He was JAN-TASTIC and a credit to your company.

Was sent to New Channels by BT and the service was great. Had an appointment the next day and the technician Dale arrived within the alotted time and provided an excellent service under rough conditions. We couldn't be happier.

We had lost Freeview channels plus BBC so contacted BT via TSG. We did have to wait a few days for an appointment but once set Dale rang to confirm his arrival time - he was on time and quickly carried out TV channel and aerial checks explaining concisely and simply what he was doing at each stage. He identified the problem (a redundant signal booster which was not needed now with Digital switch) and reset channels ok. Dale was friendly but business-like throughout and we would not hesitate to recommend New Channels Technology who are a BT partner.

Very polite and friendly. Professionally excellent ,also very helpful with advice .The task took a bare minimum of time. I would highly recommend.

They installed a new Ariel today on behalf of BT & the engineer “Budgie” was nothing but helpful & professional.

Budgie, from New Channels, arrived on time. Was very friendly and efficient. Budgie installed our 4G Antenna and ensured it was working as expected. Very pleased with the installer and the installation.

Had Jack come round to sort our sky today. Top man. Very polite and sociable. Kept in touch via text messages. Half hour early. If all like Jack they cant fail. Thank you.

Dale, aerial technician was extremely efficient and explained everything to me and also saved me money. It turned out the problem was not with the aerial but with other suppliers cutting wires.

What a great company! Budgie, fitted an aerial for us today, he rang beforehand and gave us a three hour window he arrived well within that time, he was very polite very knowledgeable, provided excellent service and was such a lovely man. No wonder BT recommend this company they ARE great.

Moved into a new build with no Ariel. Dale called letting me know time if arrival. Did a cracking job and also installed a booster. TV now has hundreds of channels. A very nice guy who did a great job.

4g antenna was installed today by Dale, he was very good and really personable. He managed to get the best signal in a really bad area giving me a minimum of double to four times my current download speed. Would definitely recommend using this company.

After a shaky start with the bookings team Jack came out to install my EE 4G antenna - Jack texted early to make sure I would be in, arrived on time and was very personable. He listened carefully to my requirements, efficiently went about the installation and did a great job. I would recommend this business and Jack who is a real asset to the company. -

Dale came to fit a new aerial in the loft and also to sort out a problem with the TV in the bedroom. He was extremely efficient in what he did, explaining everything clearly and being approachable and easy to communicate with.

Jack came to fit an aerial in my loft today. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it! Constantly made sure I was happy with what he was doing. Took the time to check I had understood his instructions and advice on how to operate and set up the new equipment. Extremely polite and helpful young man.
