Bag fell apart
I loved this bag! Until it started deteriorating less than 12 months after purchase.
I contacted the store but they didn't see the value in replacing it, which is a shame. The cost to ship internationally and the cost of the bag, wasn't worth a product that only lasts 11 months.
Tldr; bags look amazing but are made of cheap materials. More bang for your buck elsewhere.
Update:
Purchased bag in europe while on travels. I offered to pay full shipping costs for a replacement. However, have been told I'm not recognized as a customer. Terrible comms and service.

Thank you for your update. Just to clarify: our carrier is unfortunately not able to ship to New Zealand even if you would have liked to pay those costs yourself.
To accommodate you, we offered to ship the replacement bag to England. In addition, we even provided you with a 25% discount code on a new purchase, although the warranty of your bag had already expired.
In your review you mention that the bag is made of “cheap materials”. However, in your earlier email to us you wrote: “I absolutely love it, I use it every day and they’re such great bags!”
We regret that international shipping restrictions prevented us from helping you more directly in this case, but we’ve done our best to provide fair solutions.

Poor customer experience - UK buyers beware
Poor experience. Customer service non existent. Can tell just by some of the responses to bad reviews on here they take no responsibility. Ordered 2 backpacks, sizes incorrect on website. Look great on the outside but inside is cheap and nasty material. Requested return, several attempts via on line form which doesn't all pull through in English when requested (which I was told was my fault). Emails ignored. Tried again and this time informed returns from UK are at own cost. 2 bags dropped off at the charity shop, hope they will be able to get something for them. Very poor service, overall wish I had not bothered.

Your return request will have 3 flags at the top, Dutch, German and English, when you set it to English it will be in your language.
Furthermore, I do not see any Email from you about this issue not in your name also not in your order number, and we have therefore certainly not indicated that it would be your fault, that is not how our customer service works.
Everything about returns from UK is neatly stated in our terms and conditions and customers always get a neat reply from us.As for the sizes on the website, they are correct. it is a Roll Top bag, rolled out the bag is larger and therefore 21 Litres.
It is unfortunate that you are experiencing that our bags would not be good, apparently it has to do with the way you feel you have been treated by us and we regret that.
If you would like to email again about this, I would be happy to explain it to you again, you know our email address.
