Excellent service from Blake Johnson! Not treated like a number, walks you through the process based on your needs! Even if not doing business at that time. Blake and his team are patient and work with YOU and what your interests are.
Presented several scenarios to help determine best outcomes for my circumstances. Never a rush or any pressure despite moving through the process quickly. I asked many questions about fees, expenses, why this, why that, and no issues answering them or hesitation in doing so.
Really did a great job getting more of my money back into my pocket and maximizing my equity.
Blake provided excellent service, professionalism, patience, knowledge, and responsiveness. Excellent sense of urgency!

Start To Finish Professional and Knowledgeable
From day one to closing everything was organized, ahead of schedule and professionally handled. E-signing documents and the ability to access these documents while abroad meant I was able to keep the process moving despite being out of the country for 30 days. I could not have asked for a better experience in securing the loan for purchasing our new home. We felt like our business mattered, like our loan and home purchase mattered, and these days, so many big companies take their client for granted. That did not happen here. We definitely had a 5 Star experience with New American Funding.

Great experience, easy and they walk you through it, Ask for Kat you will get an awesome experience, she will treat you like family and get the job done! Even when she takes the day off sick she will answer your phone call when you’re freaking out! Jose and Julia made my refinance go very smooth. There were a few bumps and Midwest potholes, but Jose's calmness and control and Julia's tenacity of getting thing accomplished eased my stress and they got this all done. I am very pleased with NAF.

My NAF experience
My loan officer, Kyle Lumpkin, was so helpful and caring. He was with me from start to finish for the refinance process. He always took my calls, even when he didn't have anything to tell me. I would highly recommend Kyle and in turn NAF if you are thinking about refinancing or purchasing a new home.
