Just replacing my NE softener, after several years, with a newer model, smaller salt size and reminder to refill the salt. The fitter was great and very helpful….plus we had quite a stock of the large salt bags which North East replaced like for like. Very pleased with the service!

I was very pleased with NE Water Softeners on a fast delivery for my new softener. While the first softener was faulty, overflowing the brine, they sent out a replacement straight away.
I cannot comment on the softener yet as it’s only been connected for a few days.

I spoke to Harvey and they confirmed that North East Water Softeners were their online outlet. Twintec delivered quickly to replace an existing Kinetico 2020C and was £600 cheaper online.

Very helpful staff who were able to answer all my technical questions. New softener was delivered quickly and my questions on the installation anwered when I had difficulties while fitting it.

Absolutely fantastic service, and with my Easter softener being despatched by DPD, I could track it all the way to my door.
The unit, plus fitting kit arrived two days later, however, I am still waiting for the salt blocks to arrive. I did send an email in, and received a reply letting me know that they are being despatched by a different courier.

Ordered the water softener and it arrived

Apart from the product being very good and the price also good, the staff at North East Water Softeners have been excellent. The first water softener that was sent to me did not arrive as expected and the ladies at NE WS chased up the package but were unable to locate it at the couriers so they arranged a second delivery for me.
As it happened, both water softeners then turned up one day after the other, and once again the people at NE WS soon organised a pick-up of the second package from me. It is always a good test of a company when things do not run smoothly and I must say this company come out with flying colours.

My order was dealt with immediately. I received a phone call from them clarifying our address as we moved earlier in the year and they were checking the details. We had a water softener from North East Water Softeners installed 9 years ago at our previous address and have always had good service form this company so when we decided to install one in our new home we had no hesitation in going back to them. They are very helpful & knowledgeable. We won't be installing the softener until January when a new kitchen is installed. No complaints at all about the company.
