Better Than I Expected

Internet research was not too positive about this vendor, but I took a chance on them ($20 software purchase). Prices were much better than the competition and ordering was easy. Strangely, they use a 3rd party payment processor - wepay.com - but no problems there. Emails to customer service were answered promptly. Be prepared to wait for your order. My order arrived on time and as described. I'd use this vendor again in the future.

Great Deal

Though I was a little bummed that I had to pay full shipping for each item, the Jewelry Maker was so cheap that even with the shipping it was a great deal. The items came in a decent amount of time too

Did what they promised.

Some good prices, some great prices. The trade off is an inordinately long waiting time for your merchandise to arrive. As I knew up front what to expect, I have no complaints and will use them whenever the wait will not be a problem. I did not experience things arriving at different times, but if they arrive in the promised time frame I will have no problem with that. I expect to use them again and would recommend them to anyone who wants a great price and can afford the long shipping times.

Strange way to do business

Purchased a set of Turtle Beach Head Phones. Had to Pay through a company I never heard of called Wepay and was charged a fee to use this service (Thanks Neway for passing that fee along). Took almost 3 weeks for them to be ship . The strangest part was it was shipped from Amazon and marked a gift on the receipt. Seemed a little shady to me!

Great prices, but at a cost...

I order some gifts for my son for Christmas off the website, and expect an email from WePay for payment. Three days goes by, and still no email. I send an email to the customer service at newayelectro, and then finally I get a payment request. Pay for my order and wait for shipping confirmation and tracking information. And wait. And wait some more. After about two weeks of dead silence, I email, yet again, telling them that the products I ordered were for Christmas, and that the day was approaching, and I needed to know some details about my order, or else I needed to cancel the order and look elsewhere. I get an email response back very quickly saying that it was scheduled to be shipped that day, and tracking information would follow. They kept true to their word on that, because the next day I recieved an email with a tracking number, and an anticipated delivery date. It seems that they are a new company trying to get off the ground, and with it being the holiday season, that can be rough on a newer company, especially one with as competitive prices as these guys have. It seems they couldn't be beat when it comes to that aspect. But, if I had to offer some advice, it would be to communicate more effectively with your customers. Give them updates on their orders, and make it seem like they are your priority, instead of making them contact you to find anything out.

Needs to improbe but at the end of the day I was happy.

Hello

I order a roku streaming player, it was 10 dlls cheaper than anywhere else. after I placed my order it took like 3 days and an email from me to recive the email from wepay so I coul make my payment. after that I waited 2 weeks and send another email since their webpage didnt show any info about the tracking of my item,that same day I recived an email sayiing that my item would arrive via 2 day shipping, wich was true. the item was 100% brand new and exactly as if I would have purchase it from any other mayor retailer. so beside felling that I had to be on top of it all, I am happy with my buying experience from this company, And I'm really happy with my roku !! :)

Horrible shipping policy

All the items come from different places and so they're shipped at different times. Nowhere on your order does it say that you actually have to go looking for their policy. Then if you get half of your order and wonder where the rest of it is they tell you to go read the policy they can't explain it to you in the email. The policy also states they can only guarantee that you get your order in 21 days with no options! This company is very unprofessional and I would not recommed to anyone nor will I purchase from here again.

Just Dance 3 best price, barely.

My wife wanted this for the Wii so this company was the cheapest in Google shopping search. So I gave them a try. After you place your order then you get a email from this company called WePay. They handle the money transaction and after you pay through them then you are shipped the item. Now here is the catch WePay means "you pay". Ok it's not much on $28.98 it's only $1.01 so $29.98, but still it's extra that you don't see up front. Now they were a little slow to ship so I emailed them and then they sent it 2nd Day Air (that wasn't cheap) so everything is fine.
Payment confirmed 11/14 emailed them a reminder 11/24 arrived 11/28.
The Thanksgiving holiday was in there so they might have worked some short week before.
I just think they should show the real total price up front.

I would not recommend this company to anyone !

I have attempted to purchase Items 4 times after the first good experience and every time I do so I get an email saying your order has been cancelled because I exceeded the limit. My Question is What Limit ? What kind of company does that. If they are out of an item simply say so...If there's a limit on the amount of items then say so....

AVOID this company

Do not trust this company as they advertise untrue prices and then they never send you your product.
Will report to Google too as this company should not be listed as one of their online stores.
