I'm afraid that like others are saying, do not order from this company. The dog bed has not arrived and they don't answer emails or chats. I didn't notice until it was too late that the bed was coming from China. It could be months. Their FB page has no visible reviews, which is always a bad sign. This company should be taken to court.

I ordered a custom harness for my 80 pound pit/boxer mix. When looking I googled strongest harness for strong, aggressive pitbull being that my dog has horrible stranger aggression and even medicated he sometimes goes besurk when someone walks by while out on a walk by lounging, pulling and barking. I try to walk him at times and on streets where there is not a lot of foot traffic. The first day I got the harness I put it on him and ajusted it to take him on a walk. It was a beautiful harness and looked just like what I ordered. The first half of walk went fine, he pulled a few times pretty hard and everything held together well. At one point of our walk I waited on a back street with him while my husband went downtown to the drugstore. To many people downtown to risk taking Arlo. Before I knew what happened an older gentleman walked past and Arlo went off. I held him back like I do but next thing I knew the strap that buckles at his chest popped open and the harness was just hanging around his neck. Thank the stars I realized quick enough and was able to straddled him and hold him tight until the man passed. I brought his other harness with just in case and quickly slipped that on. When I examined the clip that came undone it wasn't broke or anything, just managed to pop open. The next day I put it back on him just to go out in back yard and while adjusting the straps the one part of the strap just fell apart. It's useless now and I'm pissed. Would not recommend if you have a dog that pulls.

It's been a month since I placed my order (from the U.S.) and it hasn't even left China according to the tracking # I was given. They were not honest or transparent about the long shipping time and were not amenable when I asked that the order be cancelled or at least shipping address changed when I kept checking and it hadn't even been shipped a week after I placed the order. Not sure I'll ever even get the item...

I would highly recommend staying away from this online store. I ordered something and shortly after requested a refund, but they are just not replying, even a week later. (After contacting them numerous times) I had to open a dispute case with Paypal. Looks like either they don’t have their ducks in a row or it’s a scam.

Edit: I was finally able to reach someone via their web chat and apparently it was the manager of the operation. And let me tell you, this was without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever received. Not only was the manager unhelpful and rude, but they said they have a policy that would enable them to deny a refund, even when the order has not been shipped yet! I could not believe what I read. As I said, stay as far away from this “business” as possible.
