Website customer service is terrible… ordered some shoes on 12 Dec 2023 and today, 25 Feb 2024 nothing received. I contacted Newbery three times via email and tried multiple times over the phone but not one answer or response. They were happy to take my money and not provide any item or follow up with any of my queries. I tried the sales@ and customerservice@ email addresses on 18th, 22nd and 29th December to no avail. Ultimately I had to go via my bank in January to get my money back, which they refunded as they also had no response. Newbery did not attempt to respond or apologise.

My experience ordering twice directly from Newbery website was good until the numpties sent incorrect items. The customer service line or emails are not always answered either which makes it harder to contact them. A big BUT here, even after the errors at dispatch, the top man Michael Goulding has taken time out of his schedule and called up to sort things out. It has to be said, the quality of the products are very very good indeed and I am very picky of the quality and asthetics of cricket gear. All in all very good.
