Instead of working off a ladder to decorate our home kitchen/diner with its high ceiling, we thought a tower would be better. We knew nothing about such things so were recommended to Newbury Tools. We said what we needed the tower for.
On February 28th Newbury Tools delivered a whole lot of parts that was clearly for what looked like an industrial tower with four huge legs for angled ground bracing, all totally useless for an indoors decorating job which should have been obvious.
We told NT to collect on March 3rd.
It should have been self-evident to anyone hiring out these towers that what they delivered with a charge of £67.20. was totally unsuitable for indoor decorating. Poor, thoughtless service.

The ring we ordered is beautiful and delivery was really quick. Would of given 5 stars but stopped at 4 as it was an expensive ring and would’ve been good to receive email to say you had received, processed and dispatched the item, rather than the only confirmation being a paypal receipt was nervous paying so much to an online jeweller as it can be difficult to tell between fake and real sites.
