I would highly recommend this company I’m usually worried about ordering online but Shay was lovely from start to finish Cake delivery was on time and kept me updated and top it all the cake looked amazing and tasted amazing too….i will definitely recommend this company to my Freinds and reletives….its my sons 7th birthday he loves Paddington bear i got him a Paddington bear cake it looks and tastes amazing thank you Shay…

I have used New Cakes many times now for my children’s’ and adult birthday cakes. I cannot recommend them enough. They are always delicious, beautifully made and the customer service team go above and beyond to be helpful. They always arrive well packaged and on time. I’ve ordered last minute before and the cake arrived on time at the same high quality. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for our cakes. 10 stars 🌟

Absolutely fabulous pig cake which they were able to increase the size of after I made a mistake with the order! Very responsive customer service who went out of their way to help me. I would order from them again any time. Excellent service!

Service is great:
I had trouble applying the discount code but when I called they were able to help me sort things out and book the cake I wanted and order it for the correct time.
They were also friendly and patient.

Delivery:
Delivered on time, packaged well and no damages were observed.

Cake:
Cake looked exactly as the image and the flavour was great. We ordered the cookies and cream filling; this was a little too sweet for me but guests (adults and kids) loved it and came back for more.

Overall this was one of the best experience I’ve had with ordering a cake; I’ve thrown 5 birthdays for my kids and this was by far the best service we used out of all 5. I will definitely be using them for all future events from now on! Thank you!

Newcakes did the cake for my surprise party and it was absolutely perfect. The texture and the finished look was simply amazing, we would not go anywhere else for our cakes now and will share this company to all of our friends and family.

I ordered a cake for a leaving do at Church last December with a musical theme. The service was excellent and even when there was a problem with delivery it was upgraded to express so it would arrive on time. Quality of the cake was really good and it was admired by all there. Would recommend!!

The design was weird yet the guys pulled it through and was spot on

The cost was reasonable and considering the timelines (just before Christmas) they did a great job in accepting the order and delivering on time

I spoke to shay at the company yesterday afternoon and got great service due to our usual cake maker pulling out on us.
A child with ADHD and ASD who has been promised a Jurassic park cake expects it and this company was amazing, trustworthy and delivered the cake today 2hours before his party!

I wish I could put a picture of what I ordered and what I received. I ordered a cake in the shape of a can of Stella Artois which was advertised as white and gold with Stella Artois iced on the can. I asked for Happy 60th Jimbo to be iced on the cake. The cake I have received is completely green, not really the shape of a can and has a sticker on it saying Stella Artois. Instead of icing wishing happy birthday is a sticker with typing. It is shocking. I feel this is false advertising and I feel completely let down. I paid almost £100 for this. I do not recommend this company. At first I was angry and now Im upset. This was a surprise for my husband's 60th. Do not buy from this company.
