An easy 10 stars plus for New Car Mats
Ive recently purchased a couple of sets of car mats.
I bought elite mats for my vehicles. The mats are of a high quality, with deep pile carpet, and leather trim surrounds.
Due to no fault of New Car Mats, only one pair was delivered initially. However, once I raised the issue with them, they swiftly investigated the matter with the courier service, and replacement mats were swiftly dispatched and received.
I can only say that the communications and customer service that I received from New Car Mats was exemplary.
The mistake was not on their part at all, and as far as im concerned, they went above and beyond to remedy the situation.
Special thanks to Clare, who was professional, courteous, and promptly responded to emails.
The mats alone would have earned New Car Mats 5 stars, however, the customer service and the resolution earns them more stars than Trustpilot allows you to give!

I’ve looked into your order, and as the car mats are custom made to order there is of course a short delay while we produce them, then once made they are despatched with Evri as per our usual process. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any communication until the 22nd of May, so we weren’t aware that there might have been an issue with delivery until then.
As soon as we heard from you, we raised an urgent request with the courier to investigate what’s happened. We’re still waiting to hear back from them, and we completely understand how disappointing it is to be left waiting without clear updates.
Please rest assured that we’re doing everything we can to get a resolution for you as quickly as possible, and we’ll be in touch as soon as we have an update. We suspect the car mats missed a scan at one of the depots and are potentially mis routed, once this is confirmed we can produce another set so that you wont need to wait any longer.
We really appreciate your patience, and again, we’re sorry this hasn’t gone as smoothly as we would usually expect.

Think before you buy
I ordered a set of mats from this place for my daughters new car she got as the ones in it where rubbish so seen the ad for New car mats which looked and sounded great that was on the 25 of April and it’s now the 4th may they say on the ad 1/2 to make them in their uk based factory then sent off to the (FOOL) sorry customer through EVRI THAT IS NEARL TEN DAY AGO AND STILL NO MATS OR A EXPLANATION ON WHY I DONT HAVE THEM YET. I ORDERED STUFF FROM TEMU THE DAY AFTER I ORDERED THE MATS AND IVE JUST HAD EMAIL FROM TEMU MY ORDER IS AT THE EVRI HUB SO I THINK THAT GIVES ME THE IMPRESSION THAT THATS WHERE MY NEW MATS ARE COMING FROM ?

I'm really sorry for the delay with your order and the frustration it's caused—especially with it being a gift for your daughter. I completely understand how disappointing it is when something doesn’t arrive on time, and I want to assure you that I’m treating this as a priority.
I can see that some of our emails may not have reached you, so please do check your spam or junk folders, as we’ve been in touch to confirm that we’re actively following this up with Evri. If they’re unable to locate the mats, as mentioned, I’ll be sending a replacement set out to you before their investigation is even complete, so you’re not left waiting unnecessarily.
Just to clarify: all of our mats are custom-made here in the UK to each customer's specifications. They aren’t imported or mass-produced, which means there’s a short production time before dispatch. I appreciate that this takes a little longer, but it allows us to ensure the mats are tailored to fit the car perfectly.
Again, I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience, and I’ll continue to keep you updated until this is resolved.

Very good and Very bad.
The car mats themselves are very good value for money and of good quality for that money, so well done there.
The problem is the sticky glue that is used on the reverse side of the plastic bag that holds the items for the car floor hooks which was stuck directly to the rubber heal pad of the mat.. This is nothing less than a joke. It took a total of one and a half hours to get it of with no idea what ( if any ) solvent would remove it and having to scrape it off bit by bit with a knife to remove all of it. Sorry guys very poor.

I am sorry to hear that the label appeared to be in the wrong place. This sounds like an oversight on the pick and pack side or Evri may have needed to reprint a label for delivery and didn't consider where they should place it. I am sorry to hear of the issue you had there. I am pleased to hear you managed to get the label off. I can assure you it isnt our usual process. If you ever need mats again I would be delighted if you would use us again and next time you shouldn't see this issue, but of course you can always contact us for support.

Not Ouderless!
Easy to order however took a while to come. Also advertised the rubber mats as ouderless which is why I purchased them however there not, very strong smell of rubber so having to wash and air them ! Good quality, however given they are not ouderless you can buy cheaper elsewhere!

Looking at your tickets I can see that we sent an email to you 5 days ago offering a replacement set with the extra holes you needed in the passenger car mats or a refund, we have yet to receive a reply to that. I will resend the email to you incase you missed it. We would be more than happy to offer the refund if that is your preference as I can see your car mats required extra holes in the passenger side.
