Fantastic service! Absolutely amazing, go above & beyond to help you pass. VERY competitive price - cheaper than Road Train & Robinsons, booked in December and had me on a course by the 28th January. After some research decided to use Newcroft for my Class 2 licence and turned out to be a great choice. Training provided by John was second to none and I ended up passing my test with a clean sheet. Training and advice was relevant, clear and purposeful, would use them again for my Class 1!

Cost 3240.00 paid in full for full package with extra test they tried to charge me for the extra test when I already paid had to send receipts in to prove this they don't take you on test roads everything they teach is below standard of all other training schools all their advice they give while training you is to set you up for failure every other trainers take you on all tests routes newcroft don't to ensure you unprepared for test also lorry are in bad condition twice on tests check engine light on avoid at all costs would not recommend check their pass rate and compare to others would not recommend this company to my own enemy was total fooled by them at start of tests despite all lessons with no issues still failed AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Both my trainers were Excellent trainers and very knowledgeable in their field.
Training done at a very good pace.
Trainers regularly motivate you and enhance your confidence very quickly.
Their method of training is superb.
10/10 for excellent service, training and trainers.

Newcroft are really friendly, professionally & Tommy is always willing to discuss with us & the trainer to make our in-house training bespoke & specific to our business, our requirements are more than met when the trainer Toby we have on most occasions delivers training, with his vast knowledge of various plant he manages to engage with our employees & deliver First Class training, He is really helpful & we feel happy putting our trust in him to provide the training we require. I did my hiab training with them and I was really nervous about the written exam due to being dyslexic and the instructor John helped me with all the spellings but not the answers lol
Highly recommend them

I have recently completed the forklift operators licence with newcroft, my trainer was Ryan and i just had to write a review stating how good Ryan was, I suffer with severe dyslexia but Ryan understood this and taught me in a way I was totally comfortable.
I'm my opinion Ryan deserves a payrise as he is a credit to the company.

Very happy with newcroft training! I am a returning customer. I have done my CPC with newcroft which ran very smoothly for my 7.5t licence. I then decided to choose Newcroft for my Class 2 licence. Tommy organised my booking and was able to book me in within a week of a requested dates which I was very impressed with. Toby was my instructor; he gave very understandable instructions as I was a newbie and gave me reference points I could refer to during my test. He was also friendly and approachable and kept making sure I was okay on the day on my test when I was very nervous. I passed first time with one minor and I will be using Newcroft and requesting Toby for my class 1 training in the near future. Thank you gents!
