Lower intrest rate
Thankyou for reducing intrest rate on my account
Marbles has always been my favorite card but when interest rate was the higher level I was looking to move my account to a lower interest provider.thankfully my interest rate came down and I no longer needed to look for alternative provider.

I deeply regret using NewDay finance
I deeply regret using NewDay finance. I bought a £600 cooker in September 2024 through AO and used NewDay because I'd just moved house and couldn't afford to pay the full amount upfront.
Nearly two years later, I still owe over £300. My monthly payment is around £14, but approximately £11 of that goes towards interest, leaving only around £3 to reduce the balance. It wasn't until months later that I realised how little of my payment was actually paying off what I'd borrowed.
Looking back, I've paid hundreds of pounds in interest while making very little progress towards clearing the debt. Although I accept that I signed the agreement, I don't think many people truly appreciate just how expensive this type of finance can be.
If you're considering using NewDay finance, make sure you fully understand the interest rate and how your payments are allocated. I certainly wish I had. I won't be using them again.

Dreadful company do not take credit out with then they charge u so much intrest lots of charges and now they've done it with argos card read the reviews there so bad the intrest they charge on 300 pound is so bad I'm surprised they've not been looked into
