Sadly this company is a scam

Sadly this company is a scam. I bought a dehumidifier for £149 with supposedly 10 year warranty and it stopped working after 5 months. The company disappeared from Amazon marketplace so there was no way to contact them via Amazon. I emailed them to get support via their website and AI chat but nothing was done to resolve the situation and nobody contacted me to follow up. The dehumidifier came with instructions for another brand called gasbye too which is really strange. Anyway. Don’t buy anything from them

Avoid this company

Avoid this company, they sell a very good portable air conditioning unit. The issue is that the customer and product support is poor as you are unable to communicate with a person directly, plus the AI assistant is very poor to and just a waist of time like most of them. If you have a good marketable product you also need good customer and product support!

Suspected Scam

Although it appears that this is a legitimate company in other parts of the world, the UK version seems very suspect. Order 2x pillows for £76 (reduced from £240, already a red flag) in early April. 10 mins later received an email addressed to me with 70 other customers CC'd (data breach) stating that the pillows would be delivered at end of April due to a delay offering 10% discount on a further purchase as an apology. 1 hr later received an apology for the data breach and an offer of 15% off on a further purchase. Replied requesting that the discounts be applied to my current order rather than another purchase. Received a response stating that this was not possible due to the fact that it requires "complex coordination of departments". By early May. Order still not received. Currently pursuing a refund using buyer protection. Avoid.

Scammers

Ordered 4 pillows on 27 April, after checking for updates, it shows "no information " no updates, and not dispatched even though they say delivery between 7 and 14 days.
I emailed and had no reply.
I then went on the online chat where the bot "connected " me to a human, but of course I got a message back in Cantonese which I did not understand and asked for response to be in English.
I was told to wait, a human will deal with my issue in English.
Had my phone on the side and was not connected to anyone. Every now and again I would ask how much longer, and the bot would reply saying I was prioritised.
After 5 hours of waiting, I gave up and emailed again.
Still no reply.
I wasnt expecting to have the pillows by now, but a reply to answer my query would have been nice.
Now I feel like ive been scammed.
