From the initial meeting at Cardiff to leaving Turkey- everything was great!
I had two bridges, an extraction, an implant and teeth filed for 24 zirconium veneers.
First day is always a long one with all the hard work done..then a day or so to recover before heading back for your real teeth. My Dentist Shamil and assistant Melisa were so calm, friendly and welcoming - and amazing at what they do. Nothing was a problem for them and they were perfectionists who would not let me leave until I was happy with my results.

The experience was better than I imagined. Made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. My dentist Gizem was exceptional she made sure I was okay and if I had any concerns I would let her know.

I came to new era 2 years ago with not very good teeth or smile at all. I got 16 zicromium crowns and 4 implants. My recent visit I got my zirconium crowns fitted to my implants and my upper back 4 done also!

I have always been anxious of dentists and hated them.
From the first message over WhatsApp all the way through to getting photos of my end result they made sure I was comfortable and looked after! Archey messaged daily organising transport to and from my hotel and never missed a beat.

When arriving I was approached by the patient co-ordinator Pelin she was amazing in making sure there was no language barriers and I knew what was going on 100% of my time here.

My dentist Gizem was amazing, couldn’t thank her more for her patience on me with been very anxious, she made sure I was comfortable, never in pain and really took her time getting my bite and smile PERFECT!

Could not be happier with new era they’ve been brilliant both times I have been, definatly recomend.

Really good experience im so happy with my teeth. Everything went smoothly from start to finish nothing was to much trouble I had 3 root canals 2 implants 1 extraction and 24 zopiclone crowns had them done at the beginning of August and the aftercare has been great any questions I've had have been answered straight away. The woman dentist was amazing and friendly they made me feel very welcome and explained everything well while going through the process. I looked for months on where was the best place to go and I know quite a few people who had used this company so I felt confident using them and highly recommend them. Many thanks new era smile

Fantastic clinic, would highly recommend to anyone looking to have new teeth. Everyone at the clinic made you feel comfortable and at ease, despite the uncertainty and I’m so pleased with the results!! My new teeth are amazing & I couldn’t be happier ☺️ Archy was so helpful and friendly and looks after you from start to finish, no matter how many times u reach out to him. I also have to say a huge thank u to my dentist ‘Mert’ for creating such naturally looking teeth, just as I requested but mainly for being so patient with me 😂

New era smile the best in turkey Antalya Archie my coordinator , mert my dentist ,all very welcoming and a1 service all hotels transfers payed for all I had to pay was for treatment, wouldn’t go anywhere else especially if I have to come back someday thanks new era smile , diolch 👍🏽💪🏽

The whole experience was excellent from the start to the finish, all the staff at new era smile were polite and very helpful, the hotel was nice and clean. The dental surgery was very modern and very clean and I would recommend to anyone and I couldn't be happier with my new teeth.

Amazing company! From the very first time i contacted them the communication was the best from day one! From the time i got the the airport for pick up too the hotel from the time i left to home. Didn feel any pain what so ever.. love my new whites i was so nervous but honestly they all make you feel so welcome and help so much get them done you wont regret it!!

Absolutely amazing experience with New Era Smile. My boyfriend and I have just come back from having our teeth done, both had 24 zirconium veneers and both so so happy with the results! Right from my very first message to Vita, my fantastic co-ordinator, everything went so smoothly, she took care of all the organising and was so friendly and helpful we really can’t thank her enough! Vita really does go above and beyond making sure she provides the best experience to her clients she really is a credit to this company! Also, my dentist was incredible, the work he has done for me is absolutely amazing everyone is commenting on how nice and natural my teeth look, I was very nervous as I’m actually terrified of dentists but he made me feel at ease and made sure I had no discomfort throughout the procedure and it really wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be! I honestly can’t thank New Era Smile enough, nothing was too much trouble for this company they wanted to help you in every way they can even down to giving you lifts to shopping centres and making sure you get back to your hotel and airport. The best customer service I have ever received! I 100% recommend if you want your teeth done to get them with New Era Smile, you won’t be disappointed!

Initially I was very nervous going to Turkey to have dental treatment as I was travelling alone. Archey, Mert Yilmaz and every single member of staff at the clinic couldn’t have done any more to make me feel comfortable. All very professional and so, so friendly and helpful!!

I’m absolutely in love my with outcome of my teeth they look so natural which is exactly what I asked for. They listened to what I wanted and give me exactly that! I would 100% recommend New Era Smile to anyone looking to have any dental treatment.

I love to smile again. I am the worst person when it comes to needles or any sort of surgery. This was fine. The Dentist was incredible, any time I felt any sensitivity he would know, Hes an expert. Same dentist who did my brothers teeth, so this put me at ease also. The process was streamless and everybody in the clinc is so helpful and caring.
I chose New Era Smile Dental due to the fact that my brother chose the same place 14 months ago and he is so happy with the result. And now my best friend is getting the same in 5 days time. They are brilliant. Just Brilliant. I feel like a different person with my new teeth, Thank You New Era Smile Dental.

In my experience and opinion it’s the only place to go and get your teeth done. Came out Monday 1st June to have 24 crowns and 3 root canals. Turned out I didn’t need root canals so they refunded me for that difference. The care, aftercare and taxi service every day as been out of this world. If your debating going to new era then do it. You won’t be dissapointed! Big shout out to Tess and all the team. Thank you so much I love my new smile.
