NOTHING BUT A FRAUD I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A SWEATER THEY HAD LISTED ON FACEBOOK WHEN I FINALLY GOT THE ITEM IT WAS NOT WHAT WAS SHOWN ON FACEBOOK , WHILE FIGHTING WITH THEM AND MY BACK THEY STILL DID NOT REFUND ME WHAT THEY PROMISED A PERCENTAGE BACK TO MY CARD SUCH LIARS AND CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND I STILL WILL REPORT THE COMPANY TO THE BBB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM GLAD I KEPT ALL MY EMAILS AS PROOF AND IM NOT DONE WITH MY BANK YET EITHER FOR NOT REFUNDING ME MY MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A few other promo codes didn’t work but other than that decent online shopping experience.

March 3, 2022 I Purchased 2 shirts on a LARGE size. They sent 2 shirts XXL. Immediately I emailed them to which they replied “we adjust the USA sizes to those of Asian sizes”. (Nowhere in their website or ordering system says they’ll do that). They asked for proof (pictures) that the shirts are XXL. I send pictures and they respond again stating “they adjust for Asian sizes” and to try it out to make sure it fits. I try it and send pics showing how ridiculous oversized they are and ask for a refund. They respond by asking to ship from the US to the UK with me paying for shipping. I responded stating it was their mistake sending me the wrong size, they replied stating “we didn’t make a mistake”. Absolutely nothing but a scam with the poorest of customer service.
As for the quality of the shirts compared to what they advertised, simple… nothing but a cheap material which had a strong smell of mildew. STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING FROM NEWEVOKE unless you want to be scammed.

April 8, 2022. There must have been at least 12 emails back and forth with NEWEVOKE customer service agent Christine. She lacks the capability to comprehend the simple premise that if a customer orders a size LARGE and NEWEVOKE admittedly changes it for a size XXL, without pre-notifying or asking the customer if that would be ok, that the customer should not have to accept the size XXL given it is not what the customer ordered. Her absolute refusal to exchange the shirts for the correct size at NEWEVOKE expense and her persistence that the customer covers shipping expenses for the return of the wrong item sent by NEWEVOKE is enough reason to never purchase anything from this company.

Absolutely terrible. Do not trust.
Ordered what looked like genuine good Sweater. They said it was delivered. No it wasn’t. Blamed Courier Company ! Promised immediately to resend via their “trusted” courier service and keep “personal eyes on” … again NOTHING.
Do not waste money, time, hope and effort on this appalling company.
Useless

This company are scamming customers out of their money by setting up subscriptions and then not letting you cancel them. They popped up as a Facebook advert and I purchased two items of clothing from them. One arrived after 8 weeks and the other never did. They have been charging me €20 / month without me even knowing. The email address they send to you to cancel bounces back and the phone number is a premium line that costs huge amount of money to call. I’m disgusted with how they are operating and I am having to cancel my bank card attached to that purchase to stop them taking money from me. Disgusting con artists.

New Evoke automatically creates a membership for you which is free for the first month and costs about 20€ afterwards. This is a complete scam. You can cancel the order only through their website which you can only find if you follow one mail from their support department which was sent a month ago when I first made the purchase.

Don't buy there it's a complete scam.
